How do I get a job with no work experience?
How do I get a job with no work experience?
know someone
there's no amount of experience or diplomas that will beat having good connections
suck dick desu
focus on college you dense mongoloid
Lie
Go to a random business, walk directly to the manager’s office, give him a firm handshake, and ask for a job.
Work for free
Like FUCKING JANNIES? :^)
You have to lie about your experience and that can have difficult and stressful outcomes.
for example after 2 years of searching I FINALLY got a job at a local sweet shop after saying I had 4 years of experience in the confectionery industry. Had a really fucking fancy CV written out where I worked at a sweet packaging factory for 1 year, then got promoted to a management position and worked in marketing for the company for a year, then said I worked for 2 years as a confectionary logistics expert for a major worldwide retailer.
I get asked questions CONSTANTLY. When they asked what the biggest challenge of logistics was I said 'the sweets shaped like teeth haha, because the customers people think we are trying to sneak in dental supplies!' and they fucking believed it. Now I have to make up stories every day about my job history. have made up stories for example about having to go to the Congo and sort out a dispute when we tried to use their rubber trees to make chewing gum and they accussed us of abusing them etc. but you have to do it.
extremely based, I did a similar thing to get my job just not as advanced as your lies
i recently got one at dominos. I didn't grow as a person or work hard to get a perfect cv it was just random luck after no responses for 30 applications.
very high iq
Yes :)
>focus on college you dense mongoloid
>finally got a job at a local sweet shop
You mean a minimum wage job as a clerk? What are you talking about? Restaurants are desperate for workers here. Every single fast food place is understaffed and will hire pretty much anyone on the spot
Set the bar lower.
I don't know if this is your case, but often people complain about "not being able to get a job" because they feel that menial low-status jobs are somehow beneath them.
/thread
No I am a team leader it isn't minimum wage. also this is a shithole with no jobs
You're rather good
This
how hard can it be to get a retail job?
its pretty hard to get one without any experience
You need to get on it when you're in highschool and they can pay you $10 an hour still or get pretty lucky
I've applied for every entry-level job in my area I just want a job. My disability employment agency hasn't been much help either
Why do Americans love being stupid
In post-industrial shitholes like the one I live in, retail stores are one of the few remaining industries left. Because of that the competition for them is fierce. I myself have applied for 100+ minimum wage retail positions and have got nothing back in response, not even an interview.
I actually attempted, got semi-dressed up in decent clothes, everyone just said to apply online at best I got a card that had a web URL from a manager at one place.
I didn't choose the neet life.
The neet life chose me.
Go work at McDonald
take money for handjobs
yeah i did that with a place my mate worked at and said was hiring, the random guy i talked to to find the manager and the manger looked at me like i was a retard for not doing it online
does this include family? my brother just got a job at microsoft and im a brainlet
Just join the army
its hard as fuck to get in
and if you end up fucking up the mental health test you're basically fucked for life with getting a job
Stop being Australian then.
Truly a choice designed to best serve the most brain-dead among us.
>join military
>forced to spend months training alongside ghetto nogs, MS-13 gang-bangers and Southern trash
>average IQ of average recruit is in the low 90s
>obligated to serve at least 3-4 years as a 25-year old political science major's bitch or, alternatively, as a 25-year old high school dropout's bitch
>have zero personal freedom
>get paid in figurative horse shit
I guess Australians probably pay their soldiers a living wage, though.
Suck mah dick
>not wanting to sign away a significant portion of your youth to an organization full of retards makes you a soyboi
>we spend so much money on the military but I bet there are no benefits of joining. Guess I should keep working in retail
Yeah I'm sure you're really doing something more worthwhile with your youth, retard
I'm in a funded doctoral program.
Every "benefit" of joining the military can be easily attained by anyone with a basic education or halfway decent grades. The irony is that the average active-duty serviceperson or veteran is far more likely to have the sort of low intelligence and lackluster ambition that lends itself toward monotonous, low-reward work.
work
nah, it's mostly whether your family has a business or not, trying to get them to recommend you for a job is risky unless you have the experience
>be Marine
>also be gravedigger
>meet "highly educated" individuals such as yourself somewhat regularly
>not uncommon for them to literally be looking down on me even though I'm the one taking care of a family member they "care" about
>don't give a shit
>make 80k a year
>full time student towards a doctorate in chemistry, one year left
>full time employment
Get off your ivory tower, the average member of the military is no less average than any US citizen.
>"I have a year left on my doctorate"
And this is how everybody who's ever completed or is currently in the process of completing a doctorate knows that you're full of shit.
t. future university of phoenix graduate
>doing a PhD in chemistry
>working full time
Just invent something LMAO, fuck human resources. Trick those fuckers into giving you a job. Fuck wh*te ppl
aside start with warehouse job or other job in which you do not any work experience, after job you still have some free time, assume 1-2hours you will sacrifice for learning *stuff you are interested in and try develop your skills
stuff = i do not know what it can be, maybe this popular programming?
when you will increase your skills at level in which you can working in that field then find first job or internship/practice (even if it'll for free) and make contact in your industry, people usually are not maliciously, and if people will see that you are trying, they should help you
note
i do not know how does work labor market in Australia, so my thoughts concern only about Poland, so i could be wrong
based and redpilled
Take up a technical apprenticeship in a field that seems cool to you or just do a few months in a place like McDonalds to save a bit and stuff your resumé.
Volunteer work and travel experience also look good on your record.
Go to a job agency and they'll find you something. Work hard and you might get a permanent position, plus experience, a good reputation and contacts.
Not here
i managed to get a job now and its pretty sweet. Delivering pizza at $20 an hour, 3 hour minimum shifts, more than enough fuel compensation
