The only city that gets snow in Australia is Canberra and these days it only snows like once every 5-10 years in Canberra (though you can drive 30 minutes outside of Canberra and get snow since the city is built in a valley surrounded by mountains which it snows on)

All Saints' Eve, All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day are a group of holy days. The first of them is also called Halloween. It is a day for remembrance of saints, martyrs and the faithful dead, marked by vigils, prayers and fasting (in preparation for the proper feast day/festival on All Saints' Day).

Yes, of course a race can never magically transform into an existing or extinct race, however a race can transform into a new race through mixing with an existing race sand/or adapting to new conditions. They are a part of him that cannot go away. Trying to "judge" a man while ignoring his immutable, essential features is like reading a book but skipping random pages; you might get the general idea, but what you are doing is arbitrary and guarantees that you will never get the full idea.
