>barilla
ugh

Ok i get it. You Italians don't like anything but made by your mom.

my man i like russians but barilla is the bottom of the barrel with pasta
i know it's the easiest to find in other countries but that doesnt make it better and me telling you that is an act of kindness, not butthurt
my mom sucks at cooking anyway, she burns and overcooks everything

Why not make your won tomato sauce? It's pretty easy and is worth the extra effort.

Bottom in Italia, top in Russia

I do not use tomato souce, only in pizza. Usually use passata, but sometimes do myself from tomato sauce.

I do it, i use my granpa's tomatoes to make my own tomato sauce

worth a try if you find another type, isnt it? de cecco should be pretty common, it's still average stuff but better
been there done that
once you learn sauce right you will never do it again with passata
buy canned diced tomatoes, pan fry a shallot for every can of them and when blonded add the tomato, plus some water
salt pepper a bit of sugar
forget about it for an hour or 2, from time to time crush the matoes with a spoon
once you start seeing no more sea of water on top you are ready to go
season pasta with it, bit of cheese and enjoy

Not really
Are they juice? Does your grandpa allow you to play with his tomatoes

Barilla cost here $1+ per pack, other from Italy are $3+. I eat pasta with cheese/olive oil, don't really like tomatoes, no matter how they were cooked.

I love barilla n5 with ketchup

>Not making your own pasta

It's literally not even difficult, all you do is mix stuff, roll it out and cut it. Yeah you don't get any wacky shapes but it's so nice and chewy when it's fresh

making tomato sauce is worth, but making pasta is not so much especially if you do ravioli.

Yes i love my granpa's juices

Started from the breadline now we here
My slav homies survived the famine now they here
