Life Coaching. What the fuck is this? Do people literally spend thousands of dollars to have someone telling them the most obvious things in life? >"do this" >"wake up early" >"set up a schedule" >"have a little free time everyday" Literally youtube knowledge, hell if you're an extroverted or someone with a little above average IQ you'd have all of this figured out by the time you're 18.
So why is this huge scamming industry growing so much and so fast? It's not those times where people get rich fast and start spending money on unnecessary stuff, so i can't wrap my head around this. Why are people so fucking stupid? Do they honestly believe they'll quit being underachievers couch potatoes if they pay someone a thousand dollars per week to tell them to go out and do stuff? This gotta be a huge money laundry system, I refuse to accept people have become THIS stupid
Coaching isnt about telling you what to do... fucking read about it u brainlet first.
Elijah Wilson
coaching is literally paying someone to tell you what to do with your life you absolute moron
Chase Nguyen
>extroverted What if you're a man though?
Zachary Adams
No its not. It’s common misconception among normies like you.
Justin Hernandez
user, this is exactly what I'm going to do soon. Only with the difference that I transformed from an fucked up sperge to that what some idiots would call a chad.
Only that I would coach the real deal. Show those who seek my help how the world really goes. Redpilling them about everything. I won't be one of these fucking fagging "influencers" fuckbois.
I'm spending my time to build a new generation of people that will not be brainwashed by media and other shit. It will be a hard time but I do it for the sake of my children and future generations. Basically undoing the last 30-50 years of fucking up society.
>inb4 some shit insults There are people with greater goals out there, who live for a higher purpose user.
Tyler Morris
so you'll start a youtube channel about the jews?
Andrew Adams
a man doesn't get scammed perhaps if you're an incel having someone actually telling you what to do might be beneficial but that's because you would have literally zero knowledge about social skills and interaction
>can't even say what he thinks of this scam either state your argument or go fuck yourself scammee
David Perez
Nope, it will happen locally where I am, nothing for the bigger world. Personal trainer, coaching, self improvement Social media channels will be a necessary to share infographs in an easy way. These are for everyone.
More and more people are fed up by the daily news / or more news which aren't in the paper since they are too fucked up and provoke some ahte in the people. They want to be led, strive some higher meaning. I'll give them something to live for.
Grayson Morris
so you'll start a diaspora similar to the national socialists or the amish or you will charge people $500 a session to tell them to wake up early, avoid sugar and junk food, do exercise, have hobbies and to read more?
you also can't become a chad without good looks, so if you're average sorry but you're deluded
Noah Martin
>large scale corporatist influence is only a thing of the past 50 years
modern media is just another tool, before that we had books for the upper class (see books like: Atlas Shrugs, Invictus and the bible) and simple oppression and social control for those who didn't have the time or skill to read (see: company towns, feudal landlords, congo slavery system implemented by belgium where they made the slaves bully and control eachother for better influence, you could even include extremist capitalist cultures like China, South Korea and the US in this list.)
Sounds like you're gonna be a cool cult leader user, where are you located? I'm definitely interested as long as I get to be at the top of the pyramid if you know what I'm sayin'. Wouldn't those people who really want this "higher meaning" have sought it out for themselves by now? Wouldn't it be the case that all you're doing is marketing YOUR idea of higher meaning to them? Make them want it through stimulation?
Alexander Peterson
>people get help from something but i dont, it must be a scam fuck off loser no one cares about you. you're probably long shitcoin and need to vent
Dylan Richardson
>so you'll start a diaspora similar to the national socialists seems like it
> or you will charge people $500 a session to tell them to people should be able to afford it the goal is to build a community
Thanks to Jow Forums I made enough money / learned some skills to get funding, so I don't have to care about income 24/7
I may not be a 10/10 but at least I can say that I'm in the upper part.
Most of these people have the desire to do something. The problem is, they don't know how / where to start / what they should do to achieve something. There is nothing to guide them and society condemns one if one is trying to better himself.
I see it as an /sig/ from fit an pol in real life. I want people to use common sense and critical thinking.
Joshua Lopez
Kek. This.
Tyler Sanchez
>pol and fit >common sense and critical thinking hahahhahahahahahahahahaha
Cameron Williams
Finding the hidden gems in that huge pile of shit. Of course, believeing every single stupid post won't work.
Laugh as hard as you want but at leat I'm trying to make the world a better place instead of sitting at home fapping to tranny porn and only caring for myself thinking "fuck everyone else"
Life coaches also help with relationships and stuff like that. It's actually not a bad profession, I bet 99% of this board could use a lifecoach.
Brody Barnes
I'm surprised we have that much of scammers and scammees here on biz
Kevin Jenkins
You call them stupid but this is more practical. If you make a shitload of money but aren’t good with other shit why wouldn’t you pay?
Literally everything is a skill set
Juan Smith
Judging by this post I see you’ve just given up on your life so you’re trying to rationalize why you see other people achieving stuff while you’re wasting your life away
Henry Brown
Either YOU help these people and get paid or they waste their money on some shitty books / PUA scam / or other online scammers.
These people will spend their money either way. Better you get it instead of some con-artist online. At least some want to genuinely help people,
Jack Brown
Ironically none of that shit is a scam You just need to apply it, watching/reading is just mental masturbation and it won’t help
Jeremiah Nelson
Well, there are books out there that are just a copy&paste of other books/blogs. Yes, they may work and as you said just reading it won't help. If you are able to apply it yourself and stick to it, great job. Most people are not able to do it.
And next, where do you start if you have no idea of anything? How to find the info material / books / blogs / videos you need? How do you know what is good advice and what is shit?
I've done it myself, oh boy but I wasted a lot of hours.
Caleb Wright
>paying someone to nag me
Why when my wife does it for free?
Eli Gutierrez
Beginner stuff then more advanced stuff At first you may just need motivation
Nathaniel Martinez
That's right. Helping them step by step.
Of course there are a lot of "coaches" out there who are pure garbage. I met a lot of them in meetings and events. I understand why people hate them or call theem scamers. Hell I hate most of them too, stupid idiots who have attended a course for 1 week and call themself personal trainer or life coaches.
+ fitness and mental health / personal development is currently a booming sector no wonders why people are flocking into it for easy money
Sebastian Bailey
I pay my life coach and my rabbi about $10000 a month and my life has markedly improved. I recommend it. :)
Juan Jones
Would appreciate any additional input regarding this topic.
inb4 >lol suck dicks
John Davis
I know one of these fucks. It's the most bullshit thing imaginable, I can't understand why people give them money for retard level advice.
Nolan Thomas
so do you think that paying someone $500 for 45min of listening to them telling you to set up a schedule, focus on your goals, wake up early, eath healthy foods, do exercise and all that generic bullshit you see literally everywhere is a good investment?
that's why you have to resort to offending me instead of building an argument. You're stupid
Asher Hernandez
It's most likely 80-100€ per 60 to 90 minutes (depending on what you charge). Depending on what you want: > setting up what you should it according to your needs > a training plan according to your needs > guidelines for mental gains > motivation and help to achieve whatever you want to achieve
of coource you can do everything youself have fun getting to know how to work out the correct way without fucking up yourself or learning everything about nutritions and sheiiiiit
Yes, 90% of these coaches are shit and just spouting generic shit they learn in their courses. But finding one who is not shit is a good investment.
thanks for trying to shit things up, this helps me to reflect everything since I genuinely want to help people "making it"
John Ross
>> setting up what you should it according to your needs setting priorities for a person. Just lmao >> a training plan according to your needs there are personal trainers for this, these life coaches you see around didn't study shit about physical education. >> guidelines for mental gains mental gains, lmao I can smell the swindle from here >> motivation and help to achieve whatever you want to achieve who is stupid enough to spend one hundred euros to be 'motivated'? What is the coach going to do? "hey user listen, if you achieve that goal you want I'll let you have sex with my teenage daughter" I don't think so, it's going to be the generic bullshit everyone repeats "you can do it, c'mon, let's do it, you are the master of your life" just lmao at you for considering being a professional swindler
finally >help to achieve whatever you want to achieve I'm out! I'm so out! LMAO, what the fuck is a swindler going to do in order to help me achieve my goals? Let's say my goal is to be hollywood's number 1 leading man, what the fuck is that con going to do? Call mr shekelstein asking for a role?
This is a catfish for the stupid, have fun draining money from the mentally handicapped
>setting priorities for a person. Just lmao should mean "what you should eat" Normies have no idea how they fucking up themself by eating trash the whole day
> there are personal trainers for this ... personal training goes pretty well hand in hand with self improvement and entrepreneurship. Getting the whole package should be the goal. Train the body, mind and soul.
>mental gains, lmao How to approach / deal with certain situations, getting social skills. Do you want to go through life like Normie McNormie were everything is shit and it is the fault of everyone else? I have to repeat myself. Yes, most people use "mental gains" to sell some garbage, maybe I used the wrong words for what I wanted to say.
> I'm out! I'm so out! LMAO Hmmm :) Most people are going in full defence when they are confrontated with these topics. >lmao he is wasting his time and money trying to better himself what a loser. People would think that I'm incel for doing this. The ego is one son of a bitch. Holding us back because of what other people might think.
Nathaniel Cruz
I dont know shit about the topic, but there was this guy called lifecoach on the hearthstone pro scene, who was an actual life coach, and he teached a lot about the mind set of a pro player of card games. If it wasnt for him i probably wouldnt be able to make a living out of poker
Kevin Robinson
Love that pic. It's so true. Don't know why but I have a knack for being able to pick out the truth from the bullshit on thus site. Also, you'll make it user. From what I can tell, you've got the attitude and persona. Id probably be inspired by you irl, though I wouldn't pay for your sessions.
Jacob Rodriguez
thanks most likely in the long run, there won't be sessions.
having my own space with a small gym that has everything you need. some "social space" with tables / couch to talk and sit together, a TV + PC/console to play together or a beamer wall to watch (e-)sport games with the community a big bookshelf with everything
It would be more like a monthly fee for gym / books / gaming / a place to get knowledge shared with like minded people. A single point of access for anything you need.
Of course this won't be big I think, but big enough in a city to keep it running I hope.
Justin Robinson
Oh, and I'm pretty sure in the near future you will hear from that idea again. Maybe in /sig/ threads, maybe on Jow Forums. Business plan is already in the making.
Adam Anderson
Coaching someone in how to live? It’s like a hired parent for adults. Sadly there is a huge market for this.
Joshua Hall
Sadly most children grow up in a single parent household or a houseld where both parents work Sadly children have no father figure that teaches them basic stuff in life Sadly that schools teach kids nothing that has real value in life - common sense stuff Sadly that media teaches kids garbage, fucking garbage Sadly that anyone who opposes these things gets beating down in life one way or another
Not everyone has the luck and luxury tho grow up in a nuclear family. Some will say that's bullshit but this is essential to not be a failure in life in >90%
