Is OSRS botting profitable? Which money making methods, botting services are you using? How many bots are you running and what is your profit? Have you tried coding your own botting library? I've played this game in the past so I know a lot about it, however if you know another profitable mmorpg please share it.
Runescape botting
Mist runes are rising, only oldfags will get this.
Is the minimum wage less than 3$ in your country? If not you are wasting your time
play hellbreath, you'd have to make your own bot or grind several hundred/thousands of hours. If the game is still active, rare items and high leveld accounts will sell for a lot.
I saw a lot of brazillians do this, selling accounts for like 1400$ and rare items for sometimes more as that.
it's legit profitable. have half a dozen bots running and you'll earn some nice spending money every month
God fucking dammit. Please just leave our game alone. We don't need any more bots shitting on our economy.
lmao i'm genuinely considering adding a bot army to my "passive" income sources. I had one get banned already, spinning flax for 170k an hour. Haven't tried anything new yet, need to find a better method maybe. Something a little less obvious
not worth the hassle, gamble on shitcoins instead
Are you using a service like Powerbot and if so which one? Could you share which money making methods you're using? Main ones I've noticed are green dragons, clay, mining in general and fishing woodcutting.
You sound like the gamers getting mad at miners for driving up gpu prices. Can't beat em then join em user
it's profitable if you are experienced and know how to avoid getting banned
even then it's really not worth it except if u live in a shithole third world country
If I could make a measly 20 dollars a week I would consider that worth it desu
Without the bots RuneScape wouldn’t even function
Guys please share some advice too like which botting service (powerbot, tribot, dreambot), amount of bots, profit etc.
its shit all my hunter bots get banned instantly even with a paid script. You are going to need to create your own private client and private scripts gl
Did you run it for like 24 hours straight?
I mean.. it depends. I won't spoil my tactics on making money, but I earned roughly $1000 a month running 22 bots.
I ran Tribot with modified premium scripts, because even premium scripts will get you banned if you bot for too long.
no i ran it 4 hours with breaks botting only on weekends at times jagex wouldnt be in the office.
If possible could you say whether you were running on your own hardware or a VPN. If VPN, what is your recommendation?
I won't ask you to spoil your tactics, but maybe you'll answer this? Where should a total beginner go to learn how to do this properly?
you are honestly better off going to the sand casino and making an Xing staking account.
I haven't botted for 1.5 years or something so things might have changed, but yes I ran the bots on my own hardware and I used Virmach as my VPN service back then.
There should be plenty of guides on serious botting forums. Go look up Tribot or Powerbot and read around.
Why did you stop if it was profiting you 1k a month?
Made my first $1m this way.
bumpy is path of exile bot any gud?
why are there just no good games to bot :(
there literally arent any good subreddits for botting either. thought mmowned had decent things sometimes but the site is kinda meh for botting
Because I earn more from daily trading.
But I also grew tired of doing all of it by myself since it took a ton of time setting everything up, refreshing, updating the modified script, re-paying membership on all accounts, renewing VPN if needed, etc etc.
I now play casually while investing a few hours each day, much more comfy.
I love how Jagex really fucking hates bots and thinks its ruining the game. Lol, everyone who plays osrs now is at least 18 years old and has a job. You really think I'm gonna waste 20 hours a week clicking a fucking tree so I can make 3m?? Hell no!!! I barely have enough time to wipe my own ass, I'm gonna buy like 20m off a botter lol.
Fucking jagex is the shittiest company. I'm interested in this too OP. Would be nice to make some side cash doing this.
it's botting you fucking brainlet, you set it to do something and walk away
iirc 1m is 0.70 cents if sold to gold sites, .80+ syth forum if you dont get scammed.
Maxed Main could zulrah/vorkath/bossxyz and get 1m an hour.
1m = 0.70c/1h.
I think the best skilling method would be black chins hunter which is realistically 400-500k an hour.
One of my friends staked for money made around 10k after selling his stack of 10b.
If you want to gamble you could stake.
back in the day before eoc everyone i knew botted at least some skills. even when i was like 12/13 i was botting because i had school, would leave it open while i did homework and shit
they have way better xp rates nowadays so it isn't completely bad but it can take a while, did 99cooking in like 3days of no lifing so that'd prob take like a week of cooking whenever you aren't working, made like 5m profit too, though i did have an advantage of have 2m starting cash to buy raws
yeah when I was 16 and still played rs seriously I would bot skills during the day while I was at school
no way I'd grind fishing all day long
I played from 2002 to 2007 and don't get the reference.
lool
i got into programming because i wanted to learn how to bot. which got me using scar and making scripts with the GUI. eventually that led me to writing scripts on windows using batch files. and then i switched to linux and script / program tools for crypto trading.
Better way to make money is to make youtube videos and shill referalls for sht like CashAPP, other finical BS like coinbase and shht ez money
PKing is good money, I suggest botting combat if you wanna have a lil fun with it too
bruh i have been playing osrs all year and been doing best xp fishing rates for like 2months and only have 79 fishing. its stupid af, doing it like 1-3hours a day
his reference was an adaption of an oldfag meme from this site, not runescape you nerd.
Anybody remember botting frost dragon bones for 1.5m and hour? good fucking times boys
>Is botting profitable?
Generally no, because you have to factor in the cost of actually selling digital goods. There's generally a lot of trust involved which can slow things down and open you up to scammers. You'd be better off mining some shitty altcoin and waiting for it to 10x.
Idk if its changed but I use to sell my GP to harbon, china every tuesday through western union at publix. Always worked. We would get in contact through msn
botting now on darkorbit
ive got 3 accounts running. plan on selling one in a few months for a couple hundred bucks
