Dero with the new update gonna be the first parctical implementation of BlockDAG, that mean : block time under 9 sec, full confirmation in under 99 sec, no more 51% attack, the consensus will change, BulletProofs and the CryptoNote Privacy will be there.
Zencash will be to a blockDAG too (an oldest version that doesn't support SmartContract.) but not before 3 to 9 months.
A blockDAG to keep it simple, isn't a chain anymore but a tree of Blocks (and ofc PoW will be still there)

Wow, that sounds amazin' almost a little to good honestly, but the team has delivered everything they have promised so far so it gives me hope. Hey you know when they are gonna get onto any other big exchanges or if they plan to in the future?

The team behind it try to get a working product first before going on with marketing. So devs don't go to big exchange before Q4, but you know everything could change. We gonna know more at the next monthly update around 22 June.

What is amazing frens that Dero dev team is only 3 devs (researchers) and put more stuff out than Zencash with 50 people.
Even Atomic Swap and the Dero VM initial version is already in testing internally.
