Well, from what I've heard, the general Japanese treats like freaking 10th generation non-Japanese as outsiders, even East Asians of all people. And they let like NO immigrants into the country.

well yeah, every country wants hard working immigrants. I feel like this would be better handled if govts officially sanctioned immigration and gave every immigrant a serial number and had them join language classes once a week and other cultural sensitivity stuff when not working. After a while, remove that serial number, you are now as integrated as can be.
