If you think the price now is crucial to future success, you're a dumb motherfucker. What matters for Link is adoption and adoption only. Nothing else can come before that. The more data going through the network, the more fees are being paid to nodes. If there is a massive amount of use of the network, and a low amount of nodes to handle it, the returns for those nodes will be massive. When people see that, they will buy Link to operate their own nodes, and the rate of returns would find an equilibrium.

More use of the network = higher demand for Link tokens.

Eventually most of if not almost all Link will be consolidated by node operators, and will not be on the market. This will create even more scarcity.
