Luxembourg has so much GDP that it really doesn't matter, at least they learn, German, French and Luxembourgish in school, and even some English and Italian

Once you control for demographics and look at only the scores for white and Asian Americans, they do pretty well. For example, Asian Americans are smarter than Canadians and the people in all European nations
