i just printed this paper and wiped my ass with it

Cool story dude

The sad thing is that most people will ignore this or just go "stinky linky' instead of taking 5 minutes to read about the best project in crypto. People don't realize this project has been fudded every single day since ico for a reason. Because it's fucking great. If it was shit, nobody would have cared and just let it die. Well, their loss. I've been sleeping like a baby on my stacks, knowing that one day I'll wake up and be grateful I didn't sell. Thank you for this once in a lifetime opportunity, Sergey.

Why would I rely on your bags instead of copy pasting the trivial implementation

at least 7 streets are jealous right now, pajeet.

I wish I'd sold at ATH

so I could buy more right now

Ran out of fiat but I am still so confident that this is the real deal

Good, fuck brainlets they dont deserve link

ok back

Golem is way ahead of link in that:

Golem is going to obsolete link and they probably don't even know link exists.

We have already made it, fren. We only have to wait.

ty fren

Read the whole thing. Knew most of it already as I've held CL since the ICO and have only been adding more on dips, but feels reassuring to read such a well structured paper.

user I hold 10k LINK suicide insurance from ICO, but even I don't find this reassuring.

One question. Has it ever been actually confirmed that Sergey never wanted the token listed on exchanges? This feels like the kind of urban legend people just like to spread to give the coin an aura of intrigue. I have never read anything from the team confirming it.

Half the shit in the OP's story is unconfirmed

Whats your opinion on LinkPool?

Reads like a high school assignment wtf is this?

most like holders are in highschool so it makes sense

can anyone is slack/gitter ask?

Incredibly grateful to you for writing and posting this, user.

I actually found out about this paper from reddit of all places (inb4 "you have to go back").

You didn't have to share this, but you did, and I'm grateful.

>"I can confidently say that I have never come across an investment like Chainlink and I doubt I will again in my lifetime."

Everything about my experience with Chainlink is surreal. I have no idea whether I'm in the timestream where it all goes to nothing, or whether my 20K link is worth 20 million.

Because I suspect that it's one or the other.

today OP WUZ KANG

Attached: 1251kzo.gif (500x500, 958K)

It's retarded. Retarded speculation about "partnerships" that are unconfirmed. Retarded statements like "The only people holding are big players and smart buyers". How the fuck do you know? The whole thing is written like an undergrad essay. I fucking hate it.

that was nice frend

Holy fuck source

Sauce?

Just awesome.
Thanks user.

want perfect for primetime

>tfw I want to show this to every normie friend you know.
>tfw they can never find out where I got it.

basically the sole determinant of whether or not you understand that smartcontract.com has partnerships with all of the companies and banks mentioned in the paper is merely having a cursory understanding of copyright law. the legal ramifications smartcontract.com would be facing using the logos of the companies it has on the website would be substantial.

Attached: 1526020321003.jpg (1000x1000, 120K)

its jynx maze you fucking normies

Not sure if this is possible but any way to share in a different format? Maybe a stupid suggestion, but possible to set up as a google doc?

Do you have protonmail or other way to reach you? Would actually like to help out with this.

Also, can you clarify what you mean "perfect for primetime"? Not criticizing just genuinely curious where (or if) you intend to distribute this.

It's actually more to do with trademark law than copyright law. While in theory you could sue someone for copyright infringement for using your logo one time one a website, as a practical matter the alleged infringer would almost certainly be able to argue fair use.

OTOH if a company uses your logo in a way that, to a reasonable person, would imply a business relationship where none exist, then the you would have a much stronger claim for unfair competition or trademark infringement.

upcounsel.com/permission-to-use-logo

suggest a registration-free file host and it'll be done in a jiffy. pdf right?

>Not sure if this is possible but any way to share in a different format? Maybe a stupid suggestion, but possible to set up as a google doc?
once ready for distribution
>Do you have protonmail

will be a judgement call; right now is not the right time

For all my frens. May your dicks me as stinky as your linkies.

check for "false friends"- the beginning of a sentence at the end of a page.
some typos. i'm at page three and pretty stoned, this is all i can say for now. good job, seriously

Nice to see all of the info organized into one place. Great work, OP! I'm going to go fuck my wife and take care of this sudden boner I have.

oh and you could put something about the derivatives market in it too.

The writing style really sets off my horseshit detector. It's full of conclusive but unsubstantiated statements and constantly defers to this idea that 'insiders' know more and trust it. More to the point it reads like it's written by a channer, which is never a good sign - even if something is written by a channer it should read like it was written by a professional or a academic. That may sound like a petty and superficial observation but I only mention it because it makes it harder to digest the content or to feel it is a informed/trustworthy source. It feels like it's pleading to convince me of something.

At the end of this I am still no closer to understanding who is going to use Chainlink Oracles and why and for what purposes - all I know is that you can link together a bunch of data from different providers into a Smart Contract.

to be fair he does then unleash the amazing bullshit line
>the ChainLink team did not want the token to be listed on exchanges...
>The exchange was not a result of the team seeking liquidity, it was a result of them not being able to prevent it
As in trying to imply that stinky linkies muscled their way in on this technocratic secret token only 'insiders' in the nascent blockchain industry know about. Sure buddy.

No no no, I did spend 10 minutes reading the first 5 pages and now understand that the Chainlink platform will use LINK tokens as a way of insuring the trustworthiness of Nodes by forcing Nodes to stake LINK which can be given to parties if a transaction fucks up and that there is a ranked network of reputation in terms of data providers... stinky linky

I like how it parenthetically states (a chianlink partner) for a bunch of companies then tries to downplay what that means - well then, why did you parenthetically state it?

Who was that shitcoin that got BTFO by Wikipedia for using their logo when it was only a association with the French Wikipedia group?

hits me right in the feels

What the actual fuck.

I was intrigued by LINK and researching a lot about it.

Was close to invest in it.

Now thanks to your shitty paper I changed my mind.

Sergey he isn't helping you. He's making your project look even more fishy than it already is.

This.

Linkies, if you want to make a paper just fix what this guy is pointing out.

Remove the lies and bullshit and it will look ok.

look at this faggot
shortly after this thread was created, several FUD threads popped up
fat fucks like this ugly retard are trying to bury the good info with their bullshit

I'm going to read up on this copyright law and maybe even throw it by my attorney (not mention link obviously) but ask about using logos without consent and see what he says. After my research I'll come back and tell you sorry that your hopes and dreams will never be fulfilled. There's always loopholes and I'm sure this is one of those.

I compiled all the pics into a pdf and uploaded it.

Again, the issue is not so much copyright as trademark. Copyright protects the actual expression, e.g. the actual drawing of the logo (or painting, or photograph...). Trademark protects the association between the logo (or other mark) and a particular business.

T. Attorney.

It’s actually an ERC233 token

AXA - payments powered by smart contracts (needs an s). i think saying smartcontract.com website sounds better than smartcontract website as well (nit picky)

maybe ignore the smartcontract.com part now that i think about it.

the statement that we arent supposed to have chainlink is bullshit because sergey needs a sufficient number of node operators

>your average investors are going to be running the majority nodes

Attached: 1517294687365.png (734x414, 113K)

the issue is neither about copyright or trademark. it falls under the guise of making false statements through misrepresentation.

i tend to think that there must be some connection between LINK and the companies they reference in their literature b/c the material definitely implies there is a connection, and if there wasnt LINK would have been issued wth at least one cease and desist notice already.
