The theory behind oldschool chiropractice is a scam. If your chiro has actual medical schooling or qualifications then it can be a mixed bag. You can not cure most things by manipulating the spine, and most ailments are not caused by misalignment of the spine - both claims made by chiropractors. People do feel better after going to chiros but its because its relaxing and placebo effect and social interaction. Ive been to MDs that believed in chiro but Ive never been to a private practice chiro that defered to established medical knowledge when having his opinion challenged. Do your own research

it's pretty common if you're an office worker at the manager level to go in for spa, chiropractor, masseuse on a bi-weekly basis. When youre at that point there is nothing else that can relax you.
I would like to try it one day, maybe if I get to an age where I can no longer crack my own spine and neck. Also the video is shit and clearly just made to show off the woman
