I used to think this was bullshit (because from a fat loss standpoint it is no better than eliminating the same number of calories from any other source assuming that you're not deficient in anything) but I do feel significantly better on a pseudo-keto diet. It has the added benefit of making it extremely easy to control your caloric intake because it's harder to overeat things like chicken, beef, bacon, etc. without the bread and such that people normally eat with them

not really, I've been on SSRI after I got robbed, suffered on depression and bacame fearful, masturbation addicted hikikomori, believe me or not but pills helped me recover completely in 8 months, after that I dropped that like it's nothing. I find quitting nicotine, coffee or even weed more difficult than these pills to be honest.

I can't see any other way to treat more seriously than take prescribed meds from specialist; despite all of the jew-conspiracy shittalk often visible on this website, this is the best thing that happened to me since I remember my mental breakdown caused by fucked serotonin levels caused probably by social media and trading in general. How more seriously I should treat this thing in your opinion? I don't need extra stress caused by worrying about my health status because it won't drive me nowhere. I exercise and keep good diet besides usual tasks.

You need to take green tea extract with 5-HTP. Otherwise it just passes through without going to the brain, and stresses your heart.

Next - for two months you eat one daily after you wake up. If your sleep cycle is fucked up too - before you go to sleep eat melatonin. After two months I visited psychiatrist and she asked me how I feel in scale from one to 10. I said its five to seven, and I noticed I laughed several times during these two months as something new. She prescribed me 1.5 pill daily since then for next two months. After that it visibly got better with my overall mindset, seen her again and I tried 100 mg (two pills daily but fit into one) and started to feel kinda like a human.

This. 5-htp works wonders and is the best way to reset your body. Improved mood, better sleep, and a general sense of motivation.
Take 100 mg in the morning and then before yout go to sleep for the first week (builds up in your system). Then take it just before bed for a month or 2. You will eventually feel like you don't need it and can stop taking it.
