Noodles & company Zuchinni noodles w/ Mello Yello zero

Very modern

looks shity ...also, your toes are too far appart

Looks good, not a fan of the raw egg tho. Learn to cook and eat smaller portions, or leave more food for your next meal. This looks like a pretty big plate for a computer-sitting neet

I AM EATING GREEN DILDOS

Well atleast it tastes good. Seriously, the cooking sake makes a difference when combined with raw egg.

>2018

Carrots, enoke mushrooms, japanese sake and basedsauce, spring onions.

If anything, atleast its better than mcdonalds

Just because it's relatively better than McDonalds, doesn't make it good for you.

Japanese food is one of the healthiest there is. Seriously, your american arent you?

Yea i only eat onions tofu.

>Japanese food is one of the healthiest there is

beef is beef.

The japs live longer because of genetic factors. They are healthier not because of their food, but because of their lifestyles.

why cant i say onions?

Because Jow Forums

What the hell are you talking about? Beef is absolutely healthy unless you process them in factories until the nutrients are gone and cook them with a fuck ton of saturated fats.

its called S O Y now or onions

potato casserole thing I made up

They're something else. Don't waste time responding to them on this board or any other.

I am highly suspicious of that studies. No where does it say how much red meat can cause cancer? 1% chance increase? 3%? Classic propaganda where dieting companies will pay millions to finance these vague studies. If you notice from the website you linked... whenever they mention the statistics, they always combine it with processed meats in order to heighten the cancer numbers. Our ancestors have been eating red meat for millions of years. I absolutely do not believe this study as natural selection will not allow this come to pass.

5 years later and my brain still knows exactly what that is. Perc 30 "blues or berries"

I only abused this for like 2 months but the image of that pill is burned in my mind forever. Such a nice feeling, such a dangerous feeling.

You’re either frail or Dont know how to diet if you’re complaining about red meat

>that deformed foot

Water fasting because it feels good but i did have some coffee

Brunch: whitebread baguette with greens, cheese and ham and mayo
Dinner: 600 grams of pork ribs cut into slices and grilled

Are those deep fried sweet potato fries?

>Our ancestors have been eating red meat for millions of years.

That argument holds no weight. Humans have been doing many of the same things for millions of years, but it doesn't mean they have no risks.

Also, millennia of artificial selection has influenced the nutritional composition of meat. The wild boar they hunted millions of years ago is not the same animal as the modern farm pig.

You must be Asian OP

I’m eating a full English right now like I do every 3 days or so. I’m probably healthier than 90% of posters ITT, so inb4 some twig necked, malnourished vegan calls me a caveman for eating meat, or whatever.

Also later I’m going to eat a bag of biltong, and probably at least 4 decently sized lines of coke since I’m rich as fuck and like to really ‘become’ the feeling of being better than people, instead of just knowing that I am. Sue me, faggots.

Also, I don’t necessarily hate vegans either. Fair enough, we get it. Are mushrooms vegan? Cos’ if they’re eating mushrooms then vegans can fuck off

Last night: Dark Cherry yogurt, steel cut oatmeal (with flax seed, cinnamon, honey an 2/3rds of a 7 Up cake cut into little pieces,), 2x kiwis, nectarine, Taco Bell hard shelled taco, 2 ounces of mixed greens, several kale leafs.

I tend to float around a 50-50 split of healthy and unhealthy food.

Minimally processed red meat ain't bad in moderation. Still love super processed burgers at the same time.

nice LARP kid. that's amphetamine salts 30mg

is that one month for you? seems like a lot for one month

nothing of course

Have you tried the beyond burgers? Bomb

While I appreciate the home cooking, I really despise people who obsess over Japanese culture. It’s always a certain kind of person, I’ve found. Well, recently anyway.

That being said, it’s probably different if you live there.

>I’m eating a full English right now like I do every 3 days or so
I hope you two are married and that you are full English as well
make some babies please
we need more

You are one helluva tard
