I'm Somalian and university asked me to have an equivalence of Belgium HS diploma

So I applied for this procedure, and started to wait whether my HS education is acceptable in Belgium or not

Today I received an answer, where it states that my HS diploma from Mogadisho school doesn't allow me to study in university

I'm 27 and want to start studying when I'm 30, I'm working for the moment and may even keep working if I can do my course at night, no problem starting late as long as you're going for education and not for partying.
