None of the expats have any problem in life and most of them just couldn't leave after initial assignment time, settled down and started a family here after a few years. There is a huge shortage also atm of skilled people, many qualified hungarians left in search of higher wages to western europe, now we are in the sweet equilibrium period when they started to come back and also the wages has started to rise dramatically.
