Well, no. I sleep without bedsheets and usually don't shower unless I'm going somewhere, so like every five days or so.
However I'm pretty sure I showered before going to the doctor and I haven't told her about my habits

Schizoids are just extremely solitary, introverted people. Schizotypical people, extremely weird people, are prone to develop/ related to someone with full blown schizophrenia.

sorry if I assume wrong, but if you forget to use shampoo or soap, it's pretty easy to see/smell someones lack of hygiene

showering every 5 days will still leave you smelling after your one shower

I thought that it was pretty common to not use shampoo, haven't used any shampoo for at least three years

if your genes are good, shampoo is sometimes unnecessary, or at least you only need to apply it occasionally (a lot of people use shampoo too often). But for most people, you should occasionally shampoo to get the oils out, this is especially true if you sleep without bedsheets, as I assume you don't have a pillowcase, or you don't switch it very often

if you spend 15-20 minutes cleaning yourself, I assume you mean cleaning your ENTIRE body (including your back and other hard to reach places) with soap. If that's true, you should let the soap soak for a little bit, rather than do what a lot of people do, which is applying the soap and rinsing immediately after

You should shampoo 1 or 2 times a week. Shampooing every day is bad.

I assume there are multiple things that can cause it, from ptsd to panic syndrome.

A personality disorder happens when there are traits within you that make you dysfunctional. You can be a solitary person but still be functional. Personality disorders usually develop during childhood

I think I'd rather be schizo than autistic. I've met people who had schizophrenia and still had totally normal lives and were social. With autism I'm just a asocial loser.
