Pros and cons of your country

pros and cons of your country.

my country is Japan

pros:
Japan is unique, weird, peace, clean, tasty yummy foods, beautiful landscape, people r nice, funny subculture and cool traditional culture.

cons:
fucking no-good traditional army-like-company culture, no-flexible, autistic otaku-hikky culture.

go home english teacher

Pros:
No chance of land invasion from old world powers
Surrounded by two wimpy, deferential countries
Access to Atlantic and Pacific oceans for trade and power projection

>Cons
Strategists constantly afraid of an old world superpower developing and entrenching itself
US will always stick it's nose into other people's businesses and fight overseas wars for reasons the public won't understand
No money for healthcare, education, and infrastructure

Attached: cia-world-map[1].gif (1200x620, 168K)

>Pros:
Virtually no chance of being invaded
Relevant
English as a native language
First world by new-world country standards
Dude weed legal/medically legal in many states
By far the largest craft beer market in the world
Produces by far the most relevant media in the world
One country on earth that has a dry climate somewhere resembling a first world country (Colorado)
Buying power

>Cons:
The people, especially southerners and californians
Extreme identity politics
Relevance
Entire world hates us
Infrastructure and quality of life suffers dramatically due to taxes being funneled into the military
Accessibility of handguns (nobody needs that shit and it's responsible for 97% of gun homicides)
Did I mention the people?
Boring, soulless cities and no comfy villages like Europe
Corporate lobbying ruining basically everything
The people
Can't drink/smoke weed in public. Public intoxication laws should stand but if you're not bothering anyone who cares
The people

Oh also cancerous corporate culture for cons

>pros
California
>con's
All irrelevant states.

Pros:
Patriotism, Food from all cultures, probably the most beautiful landscapes in the world, very affordable everything
Cons: Shitty corporate culture, identity politics, and selfishness

>pros
safe,soul,comfy,good food,good range of beauty,honor,tradition

>cons
work mentality, uninsdustrialized mindset, obsession with petty things like football and soap operas

Most beautiful landscapes and nobody lives anywhere near them. At least Europe manages to build settlements somewhere that isn't a flat forest or flat desert

There's nothing stopping you from buying a lot in the mountains and building a house

>taxes being funneled into the military
infra is absolutely crap in most of France, perhaps not US levels but it sucks and it's dirty and it's late all the time and old. Last time I heard we don't spend 2% of our GDP on the military

On the other hand, the Japs have a fully private train system and it is godlike.

Taxes are a fucking meme. You can defend in the name of solidarity but in terms of quality? It only gives you C R A P

That's because their settlements were established thousands of years ago by thousands of tiny little tribes. In the modern world it makes no sense to build a settlement wherever you happen to be.

based

>beautiful landscapes

where

why would you want people moving into beautiful landscapes and fucking them up with mcdonalds and 7-11's

I don't want to live in the middle of fucking nowhere
Efficiency is exactly the problem

Washington, Idaho, California, Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, West Virginia, Tennessee, Florida, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Alaska, Hawaii

>build a village = build an American corporate hellscape
K bruh

European villages have fast food

>southern states which are all generic forests and swamps

And aren't depressing, soulless shitholes either

The Appalachians are nice, and Florida has the Everglades

What's so depressing about American towns? Is it because we don't have old architecture and skinny little roads that were made before cars?

>entire states
okay buddy

Pros: None
Cons: Everything

t. spic

Everything west of Colorado is beautiful the entire way through desu.

They're nearly all flat, copy-pasted grids and the few exceptions are nowhere near anything relevant and full of annoying people who spend all their free time gossiping. Infrastructure is also just rather poor in general

pros: i like it

cons: some of the culture, while fun, is very unhealthy

Pros:
Nothing.

Contras:
All.

All euro villages look copy and pasted too tbf, it just looks aesthetically better because they're in old cramped buildings. Also what do you think they spend their time doing?

>first world by new world country standards

are you fucking stupid? they are protected from retards ruining it, you should be happy our country made sure of that before corporations could taint it

Nay

I know they're gossipy faggots too but at least the towns look like a nice place to live that are far more accommodating than American towns

Attached: 1538968913646.jpg (540x652, 53K)

What are you talking about? There isn't a single biome in the USA that's completely uninhabited.

>Last time I heard we don't spend 2% of our GDP on the military
It's 3.5 percent. Half of the discretionary spending is defense.

I didn't say build in fucking national parks but there's a middle ground between flat, featureless areas and natural wonders.

t. libtard hippy

Some of the best women in the world.
Very hospitable, laid back people that will make you feel good all the time.
Decent food.
One of the best eco-systems in the world, all kinds of terrain with extreme biodiversity.

Cons: Everything else.

pros;
nothing
cons;
everything

Complete list of countries that have invaded Canadian territory:

Complete list of countries that very recently declared they will renege on longstanding NORAD agreements and not provide defence to Canada in the event of an attack

>i have nothing to say so i'm just going to say no
We have small towns but there are vast swaths of the US that are completely uninhabited because it's illegal to own property there
The Northwest has tons of small towns in the middle of the mountains.

Attached: north bend.jpg (3008x2000, 1.06M)

there are plenty of towns like that what are you on about

I can't think of any cons, sorry.

>protecting nature from hundreds of billboard signs and walmarts is libtard shit
i feel sorry for you

So based on these assessments, we are objectively the best country in the world, correct?

Pros
>long cold & dark winter
>comfy clothes can be worn for many, many months
>people don't care if you are socially awkward
>can live as NEET for entire life
>amazing nature
>cool history
>lots of good metal bands
>Abba
Cons
>some cities have lots of refugees
>expensive
>gasoline is very expensive
>summer is too humid

P much.

Women.

>illegal to own property there

I assume you are talking about public land, called that because you own all the property there. It is, in most cases, illegal to build there. It is also the best thing about America. And I wouldn't call cities like Denver "small towns."

perhaps leave your city once in awhile idiot, theres a bunch of nice towns out there. it's a big place.

Attached: 1538805431951.jpg (1000x600, 190K)

>Brown, black, yellow, and muslim Canada is still miles ahead of America

Attached: canadadaycat_fark.jpg (500x454, 155K)

It's illegal for me to purchase and own property there, and Denver isn't in the mountains.

You don't need to purchase it, you already own it.

Lovely main street tbqh

not even 1% of our population is muslim, i'd have a fair guess after visiting ontario that you are at the 15% range... yikes

Pros: good quality of life, true first world country, free education etc
Cons: really boring, politics are fucked, too many immigrants

pros:
based and redpilled history
cons:
cringe and bluepilled present

The based and redpilled history necessarily led to the cringe and bluepilled present. Like a rock being released in the air and the downward motion that follows

Pros: One of the best quality of life if you are born white, guns are legal, you can drive at 15, dont have to pay for poor peoples college and healthcare
Cons: Bad quality of life if non-white (but who really cares), high drinking age (every college kid has a fake)

I never said there wasn't dumbass

I knew it.

Pros:
Developing fast
good tech
people are nice

cons:
not diverse

>cons: not diverse
>cons: NOT DIVERSE
>CONS: NOT DIVERSE

uruguay isnt diverse huh
wow never thought of latin american countries like that (besides brazil, columbia, and like panama)

ontario is safer than nearly every U.S state, and the population outside of the GTA and Ottawa is practically nothing

besides, you could make the same argument about hispanics and america, with actual data to back it up

Uruguay is diverse, we have 8% of black people approx.

wow, didn't know that
pretty high for a smaller country in Latin America

pros:none
cons:haha

I never go home!!

>my country is Japan
Liar.

+
>great culture
>crazy ideas like queer theory and SJW-ism nearly non exist
>celebrate Easter
>rich in natural resources

-
>president and goverment are literal mafia (Tambov clan)
>corruption everywhere
>Putin bow to muslims and pay tribute to them
>huge come inequality, people are either billionaires or dog-poor
>frigid climate

Pros:
beautiful country, top-tier food, amazing history, most people don't have time to worry about SJW garbage

Cons:
everything's expensive now, the taxes are absurd, the drivers are shit, the economy is in the toilet
most of the people have become very nosy, dissatisfied and just looking for a fight these days, nothing gets done in an efficient way
if you're intelligent and you're interested in how things work you're pretty much the enemy and you'll be chased away by the rampant opportunism and corruption.

10/10 IGN it's okay
