average salary in russia according to google >32122 rubles average flat in my city, 1 room >1800000 rubles
how the fuck am I supposed to leave parents house? the only option for me to get personal space is wait until my retarded grandfather dies so my mother can sell our 4 room flat
communism in russia wasn't really about personal space yes, government gave out flats to families but they also forced flat owners to accept people in need to their house there have to be other solutions I mean really how the fuck is housing so expensive in the largest country in world
Brandon Reyes
Lmao.... just go to your neetbux lady and she will find an apartment for you. That's what I did
Brody White
rich buy up all the property then implement laws to impede new developments so their property increases in value without any effort on their behalf you're not supposed to benefit from this system, the rich are, just move out of the city and live somewhere else
Ian Perez
mortgage
Jack Roberts
>but they also forced flat owners to accept people in need to their house There were flat owners in the USSR? I thought everything belong to the state. >there have to be other solutions I mean really how the fuck is housing so expensive in the largest country in world Real estate magnates artificially keeps the prices high. The aussie is right
Carson Hill
>I mean really how the fuck is housing so expensive in the largest country in world
Moscow isn't the largest country in the world
Nathaniel Anderson
I just bought a one-room flat for 3200000 rubles in Siberia. That's pretty expensive.

Prices rise up if you're in the center of a city. Is your flat close to a mall? Close to public transportation? Close to work? Close to city center or is it in the city center? Does your flat have insulation? Any elevator in your apartment? These are the factors that increase the price of a flat.
However I don't completely agree with the increasing prices. Because these prices creat a bubble and you know what happen to bubbles. I think it should be regulated. Prices in Australia for example are fucking crazy.
John Powell
this's good price if it's talked about 3 rooms flat in Novosib for example.
Landon Wood

1. You can by a cheaperflat. I'm absolutely sure that appartaments for 1mln rub in Novosibirsk exist. (those whih are not built yet). 2. Find yourself a wife, so you can share your money and buy the flat together. 3. Ask friends and relatives for help. Some of them can earn you money without paying %. 4. Find better job. Or additional job.
>go to university if you already didn't. Oh yeah classic "without that paper from uni you are no one".
Jackson Barnes
Our flats are comparably cheap. But our salaries are shit now. Good flat in Tel-Aviv is like 1mln dollars.
Ian Gomez
>rent apartment or room >wagecucking >loan This is how people in 1st world live. This is how you suppose to live here too.
Lucas Turner
Are you a schoolboy who wants to buy a flat? If don't want to learn being useful you will never get a life. If you think that university is useless - go to technicum, learn welding or to driving a heavy machinery. After that you can get not less then 2mln rubles every year working in polar areas. You won't even need to pay for an appartment. That's how anyone can get money to buy flat.. If you are afraid of hardworking in the north, you can try to become sailor and shit. Especially if you know english, you can find yourself a job in the foreign cruise liner. One more way is an army service. But it's sort of hard aand painful, even if you are an officer. BTW, you can try to join american army. I heard it's possible.
Carter Thompson
Average in Russia != Average in your city
Ryan Cook
>how the fuck am I supposed to leave parents house
or do you think everyone here has €300000 for a flat?
Luke Peterson
america didnt defeat communism but infected ppls mind with their individualism, thats their greatest victory ppl will live in shit and piss and try to push down others just for themselfs to get by, instead of banding togather and achieve something as a community
Brayden Foster
Stay strong russian bros. You will get a nice flat to live in.
Because in Russia your pension will be so incredibly small (like 100-200$), it won't allow you to rent anything at all
Benjamin Davis
You should work whole life, make savings, buy your apartment for cash or loan in you lifetime before retirement. You doesn't suppose to rent apartrment after retirement. It's capitalism.
Robert Nelson
first option: move out of Moscow/Spb and live in rural shithole
second option: bring back socialism. rehabilitate Stalin and put his body in a mausoleum
>wasting money is a good option I'll never understand retards who rent.
Camden Reed
>live in Russia >make savings >buy apartment >buy summer house House burned by bandits, apartment and dollars confiscated, rouble to dollar exchange rate 1/10000.
> Buy an apartment and pay 20000roubles/month for 20 years to bank. You will have your estate. > Rent appartment. Pay 20000 roubles to a random guy for a whole life. Pick one sane decision.
Noah Martinez
mortgage? what does that have to do with anything?
Alexander Collins
How else are you going to buy an apartment/house
Landon Diaz
just savings. you have to pay interests for a mortgage, that's as much theft as rent.
Mason Rodriguez
Yes? EI think its quite affordable? We can buy €150000 while only country in europe that has lower wages than us is Moldova and maybe Ukraine I think. (with aid of family and friends, but still) Sure all the loans and stuff are annoying (fucking bankers), but at least you ill have property you can call your own. Also, back to the first point I've said: is it really that more expensive to buy some land and build your own house? At least here its far more cheaper, from what I can see. Or simply buying random abandoned private house and repairing it.
Luke Morgan
>just savings. Even in smaller towns it would take decades to save enough money
Henry Young
To pay for rent AND make savings to buy an appartment in a like 5 years you must have pretty good salary. Well, if you can live with parets, if you already have working wife, if you don't have kids, you can at least partly pay apartment, but still it make sense to take some loan, just to make it faster.
Christian Taylor
yes, I'm 28 and living with my parents, in about 4 years (if nothing goes wrong) I'll be able to buy my own house. renting or taking loans just to be able to say you don't live with your parents anymore is absolutely retarded, they're stealing thousands from you.
Daniel Richardson
Well, if you have a possibility to invest money good, like, for 20% a year, it could make sense to wait a little. But honestly it sounds fantastic.
Hunter Roberts
>say you don't live with your parents anymore is absolutely retarded Some people have no other chance. Where my parents live there's no jobs at all.
Ian Jenkins
is tyumen a shithole?
Christian Carter
>he doesn't live in one of the 20 biggest urban centers in the world fuck off rural pleb
Carson Morris
Who's the guy in the middle?
Grayson Lopez
how old are you >flat/apartment 50k euros >building a new house 100k at least
building is always more expensive than buying a used one, repairing is soulcrushing and also very fucking expensive
Jose Smith
Inflation stealing your money too. Taking loan probably even more efficient, not sure about your country, it depends on bank's interest rates.
Jackson Sanders
so this is the power of Australian "education"
Kayden Brown
are you serious right now? that's the literal creator of Marxism.
Austin Murphy
I do now and my home town had 2 large factories but they shut down in late 2000s.
Aaron Reyes
i need a chaste russian gf
Nathan Reed
Returning back to Russian reality. If your salary is 60000r, which is ok, you can leave not more 30000 in a month to savings. It's 360 000 in a year. Small appartment which is worth buying costs at least 2500000. You put you savings in a bank by 7.5%. Inflation rate is 5%. So... You need 8 years.
Christopher White
It's ok tier. Better then average russian city.
Sebastian Lewis
>Inflation stealing your money too yes but not even close to being as much. and I prefer my money lost value instead of getting stolen.
Isaiah Powell
last month the Russian government released a report which said Tyumen had highest quality of life in the country. they placed Grozny second (lol)
It's like this everywhere these days. Look at us in Australia, the average rent in any decent suburb in Sydney or Melbourne is like $800 a week while the average wage for someone in their 20s in Australia is $750 P/W, this means most Australians in their 20s live with their parents or in sharehouses of like 4 people
Angel Richardson
>No, it's not true >Russia is shithole >1st worlders get good wage, they can rent flat personally, buy own house/flat at 30 >On retirement they can travel around the world
It would be great if you could live in a smaller town. There's just no jobs
Ethan Long
>>On retirement they can travel around the world Well this is true. Boomers have great pensions and are rich as fuck. We won't get any
Wyatt Campbell
>the average wage for someone in their 20s in Australia is $750 P/W HAHAHAHAHAHA
Benjamin Ramirez
Question for people living with parents: won't your mother and father feel sad if you move out, even if you get married?
after I moved back home after uni and becoming unemployed, my mother was so happy. She got to see me everyday and cook for me. Now she never wants me to leave, and she would be heartbroken if I were to move out, unless I got a wife.
There are different types of parents desu. Mine don't care if I live with or without them as I don't bother them, even tho, I could easily rent a decent flat but I just want to save up enough money to buy a house without any mortgage. The friend of mine on the other hand creepily lives with him mom like she's his wife (except they don't have sex (I-Ii hope so at least)), they even travel together and go to cinemas/theatres (he's 24yo btw). So it just depends.
Cooper Phillips
yes, that's common, I find it difficult to believe you had to actually ask.
>(except they don't have sex (I-Ii hope so at least)) A lot of amateur mature porn comes from Russia
Isaac Cruz
no man, that's how she gets joy, cooking for me and taking care of me, she has to know where I am all the time, if I go to the grocery store without telling her first, she gets anxious because I've disappeared
my mom is taking me to the cinema during the christmas holidays ....
i-it's not creepy
Andrew Reed
>if I go to the grocery store without telling her first, she gets anxious because I've disappeared >i-it's not creepy
Christopher Foster
you don't understand, you don't live with you parents
David Hughes
Wait for them to die and inherit their house? I thought it was shit for me earning, in your money, 820940.17 rubles per annum. Maybe I should start investing in Russia
Jayden Foster
>820000 per year rubles You make 10 thousand pounds per year?
Jace Wood
Yeah, it's a very poor sum of money over here. It maybe wouldn't be so bad if I had a low rate mortgage, but it's better that I pay my house off as soon as I can. People earning £10,000 a year can't usually get mortgages, I was £16,000 a year when I got it and my wife was £36,000 a year. The firm she was at went under so she is about £14,000 per year now. There is no way we could get a mortgage if we went for one today.
Jeremiah Gray
doesnt work like that but whatever
Carson Morris
Is it true that there is a scent of freesia flowers on the armpits and feet of Russian women?
