The way the encryption keys work is that if they are intercepted or are not received in the correct manner, they are destroyed. This is practically "unhackable" as the brute force required to access the encrypted data is simply not worth the processing power and time it would require. It is used in a bit of a buzzword manner but isn't misrepresenting the logistics of issue.
