There exists an entire committee of people dedicated to turning countries in south america into socialists and they still only managed to do that in Venezuela and are still far away from doing it in Brazil, the most desired target of the Foro of São Paulo, backed by Cuba and many others. So it won't happen in your lifetime, then why not experience your desired socialism somewhere else?

And second, wouldn't be a little tiny bit intelligent to experience it in person before you commit to wanting to turn your country the same? There are literally no logical arguments against you spending a few months in Cuba or Venezuela.

why would I leave my life behind? the whole point of socialism is to achieve international socialism, so yeah, we wouldn't leave our countries because the idea is to spread socialism to the entire world, permanent revolution, proletarian internationalism and whatnot.
