What's wrong with my scalp!?

Not talking bitmex scalping, but the scalp on my noggin.
Just shaved my hair off and pic related is what's going on. Mom says my scalp is really dry.
How do I fix this biz? I only shampoo every 3-4 days and I only shower in warm water (not hot).
I trust you guys more than the normies.

I have this problem too, my scalp is dead dry. Someone told me you can make a Rosemary shampoo that moisturizes your scalp.

Water only try cold and never use soap or shampoo.
Given how short your hair is, you might want to try lotion also weening off it on improvements.
Coconut oil can help out if it is a fungal infection.

Ketoconazole shampoo (nizoral), pyrithione zinc shampoo (head & shoulders), coal tar shampoo (neutrogena t/gel)

Cycle through em and use one every other day. Don't forget conditioner either.

I did no poo + cold showers exclusively for 9 months until last January because my hair started falling out and the hair I did have was always feeling nasty and had the white flakes in it at all times.
I feel like I'm missing something when it comes to massaging the scalp in the shower to get the dead stuff and dirt off. How is it supposed to be done??

I did that for a long time, no using shampoo or conditioner, and my scalp did what happened to OP.

I was using Nizoral for about 3 months, but I think I was supposed to drop the dosage down after 8 weeks because at about week 10 my scalp started getting worse whereas the Nizoral seemed to be helping before

I take professional player showers. There is only one correct way to shower and it's this. Only two items in your shower. A bar of Irish spring soap, not lotion, the fucking original recipe BAR. It's big and green. And a bottle of shampoo, AXE 2+1 shampoo plus conditioner, the black and orange bottle. It's the THICKENING RECIPE. You fucking start by getting totally naked and run the water warm gradually increasing it to hot. You bar soap your entire body with a clean rag, including your hair/scalp. Really foam the rag and go to town head to toe all over. Rinse thoroughly, that's the BASE CLEAN. then shampoo the fuck out of your head. Let it foam up and sit there for 30-45 seconds. Rinse it off literally scraping your head and hair with your clean fingernails. Then use the bar soap on your face and balls to fine tune the clean. Really rinse good afterwards. Bitches love the way my skin smells. I don't even need cologne. I'm also white.

Your hair is a bit short for a brush, but if you get some sort of bristle comb, just go over it every now and then. I had bad case of dead skin and then started brushing every day and it cleared it right up.

OP, scalp has sebhoreic dermathitus, its a type of excema that looks like psoriases but its not. It may come from stress and is s type of fungus. Get som fungal shampoo, eat low carb or unironically use head and shoulders in the mean time.
