Roastie normie supervisor acting weird

> Be me
> Office wagecuck
> Have a roastie/normie supervisor who talks too much and has low self esteem
> Used to compliment me often months ago and eventually stopped (only complimented her once...when she fished for it)
> Over the last 2 or 3 months she calls me for advice on how to do stuff she should already know
> Alerts me whenever she will be gone just in case I need her (I know how to do my job)
> Has taken advantage of my hard work ethic, I'm the go to guy with 0% chance of a raise or promotion, uses me more than the other underlings
> Complains, whines, and shit talks about others to me
> She got mad recently and said I was being disrespectful that I'm looking for a better job although she never showed issue with that until last week (she disrespects me and others behind their back yet this sets her off)
> Today she's keen on me going to breaks; yelling down the hallway asking if I'm going on break or when I was walking down the hall hours later and asked if I had gone to break yet
> Certain she's watching me and likely looking for a reason to fire me
> MFW she doesn't realize her hypocrisy

Advice?

You're so dumb sounded like she likes you

Casually mention something about going to a bar

Go to her boss and complain about her actions. Say that she is detrimental to your productivity.

youre already looking for a new job, thats the goal. if she is on your ass for small things just cut the corners enough to get fired so you can collect that sweet unemployment gravy.

if you have any faith in your supervisor's supervisor to do the right thing, document any aggression or micromanagement that seems to be targeting you, including any emails or texts she sends you. bait her into sending a compromising email or text if you can figure out that angle. you can go to your boss' boss and/or HR with this kind of stuff. she sounds like a classic power tripper/office bully you are definitely not the first nor the last person she will do this to. even if theres nothing that can get her fired for now, your complaints will be one instance among a potential longer record of her causing problems. if there is a large enough pattern that she makes good employees seek employment elsewhere they will fire her eventually.

One example of many examples of her taking advantage of me:
> Supervisor calls me
> I'm not there
> She calls a fellow underling
> Supervisor tells her to tell me to call back
> I call back but no answer
> Go back to work
> Supervisor calls and I'm not there
> She passes my desk and tells me she just needed a SINGLE FLAT CARDBOARD BOX from under my desk
> TFW she could've just asked the girl to do it but asks me instead when the girl literally sits about 10 feet from the empty boxes and was on the phone with her

Yeah she definitely wants your seed, silly goose.

Don't trust her to be honest. Best odds are that HR exit interviews me and I pull up the long list of her shit talking others and mentioning the other stuff she has said/done that are likely enough for a sit down with HR.

She's married and has kids.

she wants more kids.
