Every state is vastly different from one another. Theres also summed up cultural borders, like swabians live throughout bavaria and baden-württemberg and care more about one another than the bav*rians or g*rmans dwelling near them. Then you have small differences in culture from city to city depending on which county/dukedom the city belonged to in the past and for how long.
