I collect Native American artwork that I buy with the money I make at my job.
For the past year or so they've gone into my room while I've been at work or college and either thrown the artwork out or sold it. I confronted them about it and they refused to return or compensate me for all the stuff they've stolen saying "It's our house, our rules".
I've lost about $5,000 worth of artwork because of them.

Even if I didn't but NA crafts I still couldn't afford a roof over my head so it really makes no difference.

I live out in Arizona and get my stuff directly from the Navajo Nation and a lot of the people there don't speak English and live like their ancestors 1,000 years ago.

It's different and uniquely American. I've always been into art and when I was younger I was huge on European Renaissance stuff but I began liking the rare and obscure. Native American artwork can only be found in the New World and it has so many different variations. Hard to describe really but it's just a breath of fresh air.

I'm in college and it currently dominates my schedule so I really can't work that much. If I were to get 2 jobs and do tons of side-jobs during the breaks maybe I could get enough money to scrape by until the next break.
