Speak with any German ever

>speak with any German ever
>All they do is share their opinion on Trump and criticisms of the US
Do other nations experience the same thing when talking with Germans? I feel like there doesn't exist a more boring or irrelevant country to hear opinions from

Germans are like talking to a senile old boomer who feels the need to lecture you while completely ignoring their own problems.

Personally I think Trump's wall won't do anything. Border security is already pretty good and the amount a wall would cost wouldn't increase it by much. Also why can't he stop criticising democrats and the media? Someone that doesn't have anything to hide wouldn't be this defensive about everything he does.

Trump is actually and unironically a shit president though

He is, but people act like he is America.

The president really doesn't do anything though

Does it matter when every party in the US is controlled from Israel?

You should ask why they are so rabidly anti-nuclear, lol

amreica literally wrote the book on lecturing other nationalities about their cunts without actually knowing anything. you have zero right to complain.

No it doesn't but don't tell the goyim. They're stupid.

We are not our government.

We also protect half of the world and said liberties that we preach about.
>inb4 cia and regime changes
All of Europe has conformed to what the US deems democratic and we spend billions protecting it.

That just comes with being the most popular kid in school. Nothing wrong with that

you're probably so uninteresting that talking about trump was the only thing he could think of to avoid awkward silence

Buttmad. I don't even try to talk with Germans at work. They actively hunt down any American who will entertain their bland opinions

How many Germans did you talk with?
Pretty much everyone in Western Europe apart from Brexiteers disagrees with Trumps views and is more or less surprised to see that a country like the US chose him as their leader (while ignoring that his opponent was Hillary).
I'm quite sure you'd get similiar answers from the people of France, Netherlands etc.

Our media is very critical of him, we don't hear anything positive. The thing is that Obama was a good partner for the EU, but apparently neglected America. Trump only cares about America and shits on the EU, which offends some Europeans. That change in politics and our media talking about it results in a quite one-sided view on Trump and the current US in general, we see it way different than Americans do.

I work for a German country called Liebherr in the US so I interact with about 10 or so Germans a day. The women are usually more reserved.

To add onto what you said: they universally praise Obama but never provide reasons

>never provide reasons
Media said so and he won a Nobel prize

>Liebherr
Good fridge

>german cousins are visiting for christmas
>grandfather puts on triumph of the will at near maximum tv volume

why do americans do this?

Idk I personally treat americans more as animals than humans. reward good behaviour, punish bad behaviour etc. I think it works

Go ahead and guess how much money we have pumped into the German economy since 1946.
And evil orange man wants to stop that?
There will come a day when we leave for good.
Russisch lernen, Hans

I've had a few germans I know ask me about Trump or give me their thoughts. Most are just curious and want a normal american's perspective and thoughts on the subject. They tend to explain things very matter of factly though and some americans can misinterpet this as a rude tone since that is the only way we generally hear it in the usa

My guess is that you don't speak german and only talk to opinionated hipsters.
Thats as if I went to Jow Forums and would expect burgers there to talk about anything but "muh sharia state soon".
