I've loved Viet food ever since I first tried it in the 90's. It's really quite a simple cuisine but the flavors it uses are delicious, refreshing, and versatile. As a bonus, it's also mostly very healthy.

its a common sense here that if you want your food vendor to thrive, you should sell a food that could send someone into hospital (its true, not even a figure of speech).

Most varieties cultivated around the world originated in Mexico regardless and the association of Latin cuisine being spicy comes from Mexican food and closely associated traditions in Central America and the Caribean. Peruvians have over 300 varieties of potatoes as well, how many of those have you ever tried?
