The only reason Russia has not been defeated in many wars is because of the location of their capital which is situated quite deep within its territory and the winter and logistics would've eaten away their enemies before they could even reach Moscow. Change the capital to Vladivostok would eliminate all those advantages and Russia as we know it will cease to exist when they lose the next war.
