YOU might not like it, but Dan Larmier truly created the golden ponzi scheme, on top of the massive ammount of airdrops you receive for holding EOS, there is an internal ponzi like system called EOS RAM.
EOSRAM goes up 1% for every buy and down 1% for every sell(pretty much a POWH within EOS but with actual useage as EOSRAM gives you computational power and is needed to create accounts and transact/build on the network)
Who else going ALL IN on EOSRAM? Look at that motherfucking chart, CHAD FAD in the making.
This is only for the true autistic savant. I’m not gonna do a step by step tutorial but you will need an active eos account and unstaked eos in your wallet. Genereos has a tool that connects to the scatter eos wallet and makes buying or selling ram easy. Only 100k eos are in the ram market so far but will grow massively as more people develop on here. Easy steady gains and your eos is just turned into eos ram until you sell
Colton Hughes
Personally added 10% of my eos portfolio into ram, I’m not sure if you still get the airdrops but I’m willing to speculate on this ram market with em.
Ayden Sullivan
Eos is the most ridiculous thing that happened to crypto in 2018
Hudson Baker
>$4.1bil ICO >No working product >mainnet flopped >tokens not xferd >inverse correlation between price and commits
I'd rather touch an embodiment of syphilis than touch anything related to eos or Dan Liarmier
By the way mainnet is live and works fucking great, faster blockchain I’ve ever used ETH is fucked :)
David Morris
If this catches on (it probably will), the ponzi is going to increase ram prices to such levels that even simple contracts are going to be much more expensive on eos than on eth. In response to redditors' outrage against 'evil speculators' block producers are going to start forcibly unstaking speculators' accounts, or even confiscating them. Then BPs are going to create some insane rules about having to 'use' your ram, in result making speculators spam useless shit just to fulfill it.
>Works great Who's using it? Who's developing on it? The project has had all the hype in the world yet it doesn't reflect on price at all. We could have sent several sataliets to space or more exploratory rovers to local planets, think of what $4 billion could do and what EOS has done with it.
Everipedia and eosfinex to name the big ones, there’s already a shit twitter thing built on it and live right now. tons of other shit being built you no eos reddit faggots will learn that the only one that needs to wake up is brainwashed cucks, gotta love the muh erc20 token hivemind tho, your type makes in easy to make it in this market.
Feeexplorer.io and click the eos tools in the menu. There is a link to the genereos tool that you can sign transactions with from the scatter wallet. You’ll also need your eos unstaked so if your in since the ico you’ll need the grey mass wallet to unstake your tokens and you will need to wait 3 days for the unstake to happen.
Jose Russell
My neck hurts just by looking at this image
Josiah Wood
Oh hey nice broken English faggot how much did Charles pay you to post this pajeet?
How do I know how far the system is from running out of ram though?
Benjamin Cruz
how do i dump my bags?
Luis Butler
Nobody needs that shit, it's going to end like steemit. Lots of transactions with zero economic value, all financed by inflation. >wikipedia... but on blockchain! >steemit clone(s) >eosfinex to trade airdrops for airdrops >infinite clones of cryptokitties
The base protocol for dapps must be immutable, because the only potentially useful dapps have to interact with the real world, and real world is physically immutable. If some dapp allows you a eat a cookie reversing the transaction isn't going to turn your shit into a cookie again. Mutability is only possible if immutable reality is sufficiently abstracted, but decisions if and how to do that should be made on the dapp level, not on the protocol level. It's always possible to build a mutable abstraction on top of an immutable protocol, but it's not possible to build something immutable on top of a mutable protocol.
Imagine the insanity of having a token that gives you the right to fly in a plane on a mutable blockchain. You're in air and it suddenly turns out that you unknowingly bought the token with stolen eos. The transaction is reversed. After landing you get arrested for defrauding the airlines, exactly like you would be in you paid with a stolen credit card.
Matthew Powell
lol someone made an eos dapp scam and pretends its Ram
John Foster
I don’t have a clue I gotta read into this more as I’m not a dev and don’t fully understand it all for now I just know how to check the price and contracts balance of eos
Austin Sullivan
binance wont support deposits or withdrawls until the main chain "stabilizes"
this looks like a scam. is there another site to buy ram?
Michael Green

Biz, I'll have you know I have an IQ of 105 -- which, in case you didn't know is significantly above average -- and DAE not know wtf this user is talking about?
Also, I heard Dan Larimer is going to take my tokens in 3 years if I don't "register" with him personally, and he said that to "register" I had to come by his house around midnight, and he also said not to park in his driveway and not to take uber -- he specifically said i was supposed to call a cab -- not using my real name, and pay cash...
Have you ever tried to edit wikipedia? Its total bullshit. I couldnt add "poop and scoop" to the market manipulation page. Apparently poop is a banned word or something. (its the opposite of a pump and dump)
No more of this horseshit. I will vote with my eos and fuck any mod that opposes my edits. The truth will now be determined by financial holdings, not sheer autism like regular wikipedia.
Justin Bell
This is fucking hilarious.
Kevin Miller
Yeah run a eos node and do it via command line interface. Buy ram is a contract built into the blockchain.
Dominic Reyes
The cops can freeze your real life united states dollar bank accounts at any time without even charging you for anything. In practice it works out fine. Calm down.
Lucas Smith
that word is also banned on Jow Forums. Reported. Enjoy your ban.
Daniel Johnson
wait how is this a ponzi scheme? if people sell, the price goes down. if they buy, the price goes up? where is the ponzi? this is just like trading normal shitcoins but instead ram.
Bentley Adams
Now if someone would just do Jow Forums on EOS. Then I would really be set.
Alexander Roberts
I love bitconnneect
Josiah Cox
>if people sell, the price goes down. if they buy, the price goes up
answered your own question there, user
Camden Hall
This
Also ram trading isn’t half as memeable as calling it the Golden Ponzi scheme
Gabriel Rogers
how is that a ponzi? are you saying that all stocks are a ponzi as well?
Luke Edwards
the difference is that when a traditional stock (or any crypto with sufficient liquidity) is sold, the price stays the same, so long as there are more buy orders than sell levels at the current price. prices only move once all the liquidity at the current level drops to 0.
with EOS RAM & POWH-like coins, the price will go down upon selling, even if there are more willing buyers at the current price
thanks to you fags fucking off to your own chain instead of spamming ethereum with fake airdrops, ethereum works pretty smoothly right now. 1 gas standard most of the day, 2 gas confirms in 30s it's nowhere near the numbers a centralized database with 21 guys can produce, but to people on the fence it's good enough to make eos less interesting and its compromises less palatable
Austin Ortiz
>Be a facebook normie who wants to play an Ethereum based game >Go to coinbase >Give them your bank info, phone number and photo ID >Buy $10 of ether and get charged a $5 transaction fee >Go to myetherwallet >Look through all the different options and warnings >wtfamidoing.jpg wtfisapublickey.png >30 minutes of googling later get wallet setup >Go back to coinbase >Send ether to your new ethereum wallet >"h-hey how come I received less than I sent? Did I just get scammed??" >Go to game website >Sorry, you need metamask installed >wtfismetamask.gif >30 minutes later have metamask installed >Finally play the game for 5 minutes >Realize you don't have enough eth to do anything useful >Realize the only point of the game is to extract money from you >Get mad and make posts on facebook about how cryptocurrencies are a scam
>Be a facebook normie who wants to play an EOS based game >Go to website and play game >Make a post on facebook about how fun the game is >That one skinnyfat recluse friend who wears Bernie Sanders socks writes a wall of text about how EOS is a centralized cryptocurrency and that you might as well just use Amazon servers >"W-what's a cryptocurrency user? I just bought some cute socks from Amazon, want to see? hehe"
Levi Rodriguez
>biz unironically falls for another pyramid scam deployed by some random scammer but this time on eos
You can just download the official eos blockchain and buy ram right from the eos.io buyram contract via command line if you don’t trust this lol.
Noah Watson
this. this reeks of a scam
Justin Bailey
It’s part of the eos blockchain you literally put your funds into the same handler account that you use to send tokens and shit. Pajeet explains it well in this video youtu.be/eJbTI9L0N1M
You can create your own wikipedia on your own server. It has nothing to gain from the blockchain. Everipedia is going to treat eos as hosting and code-in its own admin(s) and mods. Pointless. >go to a normal game site >play a game all eos does is make hosting any game much more expensive than otherwise.
Nathaniel Sanders
This this this. How anyone can doubt the awesome undiluted power of EOS is beyond me. It really is Ethereum On Steroids.
Have any of you actually used it yet? All I did was vote but it was effortless and instant and free. I could immediately see the potential.
I cant wait till someone makes the first EosShrimpFarm and you will all be falling all over yourselves to buy into this. EOS will dethrone BTC. 1k eos is only the beginning.
One question I do have though is it possible to host an interface directly on the blockchain? Like can you put a html website style interface in a smartcontract that can be accessed via a wallet alone? If that is possible then EOS will become the new internet. 1 million USD per EOS in short order. Its going to get silly how much money this will be worth.
Asher Anderson
you're fawning over a 21-server cloud hosting >All I did was vote but it was effortless and instant and free. just like submitting a post on Jow Forums. It's not a coincidence.
Angel Smith
>>> imagine being this delusional. almost as bad as the 100 dollar ripple crowd
Ethan Wilson
But with transparency and guaranteed fair operations. Its not a surprise magic internet money only started with blockchain. If all you wanted was a server database you could have created magic internet money in the 90's.
Jaxon Harris
>But with transparency It's not going to be possible for anyone external to verify the blockchain if eos gets used, by design. That's why it has bigger throughput. This makes any transparency an illusion. >guaranteed fair operations Did you miss the mutability and the weird court system? AWS, or any other cloud/hosting is governed by courts too - normal ones.
The court system is a good thing. It renders scams largely impossible, and allows the fixing of inevitable pajeet coding fuckups. No more losing 200 million worth of other peoples money because you called a contract instead of a function, or whatever the fuck happened a few months ago with that multisig wallet on ethereum. Parity or something? It was a colossal fuckup that could have been easily avoided in eos.
You know the block producers wont use their power to sabotage the system because they are financially incentivized to keep EOS worth as much as possible. Everyone would sell if it turned out they were scamming people and they wouldnt be able to make any more money.
Also it is transparent. You can review the entire blockchain if you want. They make explorers for that. You know they didnt edit anything because otherwise the cryptographic hash wouldnt compute with the previous block. The only way to change something would be to retroactively change the entire chain, while simultaneously getting all the other block producers to collude with your fraud. And then pray none of the explorer websites made a backup of even a single block. Its basically impossible.
Hudson Diaz
Already turned my 100 eos of purchased ram into 112 eos this is too easy
Ryan Rogers
Kys, it certainly does not work out fine
John Jenkins
Bullshit, have you ever had your accounts fozen? Has anyone you have ever known in your entire life had their accounts frozen? Of course not. You have to be up to some pretty awful stuff to have that happen. Stuff that is most likely hurting a lot of other people. They don't pull that lever without a good reason. This is no different.
Mason Cox
underrared
Dominic Rogers
Yeah, it's fucking great that they centralize a decentralized system. So glad someone finally did it.
Benjamin Flores

Corecuck reporting in. I am having a blast watching this and I would say a lot of politicking is in the future between different crypto communities and I look forward to seeing what societies are formed and how different tactical visions mesh. I hope we can all understand the difference in interest between playing money games and wealth generating games. I'm happy to see that whatever problems may have arisen during and after release so far seem to have happened near the beginning instead of near the end. Congratulations on this, seriously.
They'll just make the supply of EOSRAM bigger, if it gets too expensive. Don't invest in something, where a centralized authority can fuck you up.
Jordan Evans
how do you even buy RAM? i can only stake CPU AND bandwith??
Gavin Hill
We are sorry to inform you lovely EOS holder, but your blockchain is currently on pause. We have decided as a community, in fact 21 people, and came to the conclusion that it would be the best for everyone. EOS is the new paradigm and decentralization is our primary goal. Thanks for you understanding!
Dylan Stewart
>The court system is a good thing. It renders scams largely impossible, So does using a custodian or insurance. Like how Coinbase insures your coins.
You're fucked if someone steals your physical gold or your physical cash. So instead of putting cash under your mattress, you put it in the bank. That's like BTC/ETH.
The alternative is money you can't put under your mattress. That's like EOS.
Landon Davis
Except it isn’t, its a 21 server cloud hosted blockchain. How you brainlets fail to see the difference astounds me. Yes blockchains are decentralised databases, yes centralised a decentralised database means simply a database, so yes in the most literally autistic, disingenuous, and intentionally obtuse way you can argue that EOS is just an online ledger. But doing so is missing the forest for the trees, EOS strikes a balance between complete centralisation and slight decentralisation in a way that will be seen as having value in the future. Much the way that hyperledger and corda are actually really popular (as in being looked in to) amongst fintech institutes, because the “decentralised” that is gonna make money is decentralised between corporations, not decentralised between corporations and basement dwelling NEETs. No one wants their network secured by chink miners and weeb gamer GPUs. The future is blockchains between billion dollar multinationals. Your immense butthurt over this not withstanding.
Bentley Collins
>I'd rather touch an embodiment of syphilis than touch anything related to eos or Dan Liarmier
Indeed. If it was the only game in crypto then I would have nothing to do with crypto
Parker Johnson
> Everyone would sell if it turned out they were scamming people and they wouldnt be able to make any more money. So companies are going to invest years building infrastructure on EOS... and then when the block producers become corrupt and start extorting them, they're just going to be able to jump ship whenever they want? eos is just another central banking system.
Lincoln Ward
>all financed by inflation.
Yeah man, Bitcoin miners never made money. Shits a scam.
Matthew Richardson
the difference is fixed total supply. Upper limit of 21 mil BTC, so decreasing BTC rewards over time. EOS has no upper limit, and rewards increase exponentially over time.
Bentley Rogers
>>Be a facebook normie who wants to play an EOS based game >>Go to website and play game
>>They were able to play the game for free and they got a cool item worth hundreds of dollars they can sell any time they want! WTF! A video game that fucking PAYS you to play it and there is no upfront cost!? Holy crap! AND ITS FUN TO PLAY!
>>Make a post on facebook about how fun the game is >>That one skinnyfat recluse friend who wears Bernie Sanders socks writes a wall of text about how EOS is a centralized cryptocurrency and that you might as well just use Amazon servers >>"W-what's a cryptocurrency user? >the difference is fixed total supply.
This is the dumbest fucking argument ever. The fixed amount wont even happen for years from now LOL!!! And they have already fucking said they will increase the limit. HAHA
fucking morons.
Christopher Gomez
can't do that without a hardfork lmao
James Reed
>can't do that without a hardfork lmao
Block Stream has already showed a desire to do this so. Welcome to earth user.
Xavier Cook
The difference is that between sustainable growth and unsustainable growth. That's also basically all that distinguishes a not ponzi from a ponzi.
Aaron Wood
>The difference is that between sustainable growth and unsustainable growth.
Until the limit is hit user, its identical in practice to inflation. So, get fucked with your mental gymnastics.
> That's also basically all that distinguishes a not ponzi from a ponzi.
Also Bitcoin is deadset 100% a fucking ponzi. You would have to be brain dead to not see how much of a ponzi bitcoin is. The tech is useless, lightning network is a non functional garbage myth. And there are tons of other coins that absolutely stomp BTC into the ground at this point. BTC cant even run dapps.
Its completely fucking worthless to a point of, why the fuck is this even a discussion levels of absurdity. If you talk about that shit coin at all its because you are a fucking sucker with zero fucking hope and you cannot have any idea what crypto even IS at this point.
Holy fucking shit you are losing money non stop all fucking year LOL Go be poor you bleeding out vagina!

you post like a boomer that just discovered the internet

kek You think Bitcoin is relevant. I bet you learned about it on Facebook!! HAHAHA
