Not him and I disagree with him. It is 2018, phones are easily available so some people just choose not to use them. Depends on specific people, you can find boomers who don;t use their phones much here as well.

The silents preempted the Boomers and were complicit in many things people mainly attribute to the boomers, like the shift towards mass immigration into Western nations from the third world. Millenials are obviously cancer. Xers are usually pretty chill. They saw the destruction wrecked by the Boomers but weren't able to bounce things back before the millenial shit wave came.
