Turn is not a thing, it is action. Turning is. I am right?

They're all correct I believe.
The second one is most commonly used.

top and bottom are utterly wrong, middle is correct

I meant to say that this is the correct one. The others are utterly wrong. Don't be fooled by people telling you otherwise.
