Telling them being unhealthy in a way everyone can see is empowering and hope they get the sarcasm.
I did but they said they can't do much about it, they explained it as a learnt thing as I don't have a injury preventing good posture.
I kind of get what you mean and I have been trying to do this, but it feels very forced and unatural. I feel like people would mistake me as a gorilla

Lift even the smallest amount of weight and your posture automatically fixes itself, it worked for me.
put your back against the wall. chin down. then push head against wall far as you can. flap your arms like a bird. then mimic climbing a ladder with your arms.

AthleanX did a video on it, check it out. Basically your ass and abs are weak, your hip flexors are tight which makes your pelvis tilt, squeeze your ass and you'll see for yourself. Your shoulders are slouched because your back muscles are weak and pulled, so so your face pulls and stretch.
You go to a 500 °C sauna. It will make your spine straight and balls big.

Interesting. I have never seen any videos but I worked out just by expirementing with clenching bottom. Any workouts you can recommend? I try to do push ups daily but my form is very hard to correct and I worry I am going to damage muscles.
Leg raises on a pullup bar, planks, lunges and facepull work for me. Just find aby exercise you line flr those muscles.

Just checked it out. Seems pretty legit compared to most rubbish on youtube.
Do I need to invest in any equipment? It actually blows my mind, I wondered why I had such a big belly at an underweight BMI, but now I realise more and more my posture is source of all problems.
