The sport organizations in CN are ultra corrupt and give spots to players as favors/payment. Also teams will throw games/pay others to throw games as favors to certain powerful people
this is not unusual just how things are there, so naturally they have shit ass international teams. The problem doesnt show up as hard in singles/non team based sport
