Former Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sikorski wrote a book where he described a conversation between Donald Tusk (Prime Ministry back then) and Putin which took place during an offical visit in Poland in 2008. Putin allegly offered partitioning of Ukraine between Poland and Russian. He was told to fuck off. Just saying
