Actually no I looked further, the trademarks don't overlap because the claims are too specific.
Striim (the tech firm) claim:
The mark consists of a swirl of six differently colored dots in six curving lines. Three of the lines of dots in red, green and blue form a right facing arc above three other lines of dots in purple, gold and maroon that form a left facing arc. The lines meet at a center point and together represent the letter "s." They are to the left of the word striim depicted in lower case font with the dots above the two "i"s colored red and blue.
Striim (Hubii):
The mark consists of the stylized wording STRIIM in which the two letter "I"s appear in the color pink and the remaining letters appear in the color blue.
