Ive only meet a few when I was on holiday in the Dominican Republic. They basically fell into both extremes. There was a WASPy couple who were well dressed, unfailingly polite and the wife was stunning. And then there was a few couples who dressed like children, shouted at everything, were overweight and constantly sweating.

I can't at all imagine why anyone might be sweating in the Dominican Republic.

I'm talking all the time mate. In the air conditioned restaurants and games room. First thing in the morning when it was still cool. Simply walking from one area in the resort to the next would make them drop sweat.

We are raised on the myth that the Canadian flag is a lucky charm to protect us from being identified as Americans abroad. I'm not even joking about this.

Had an American exchange student in class, he was a Mexican-American though. He was terrible at math for his age also generally rather quite and shy and not loud and annoying as you would expect.

Parents:
They went on a cruise from Miami to the Caribbeans, so plenty of Americans. They said that Americans weren't as fat as they thought they would be and generally nice compared to the Germans on the same cruise who acted a bit more entitled. According to them Americans still talk very loudly.

Met a bunch of Canadians and Gringos in a Canadian suburb during a party, I was the only Mexican there (strangely), they started to talk with me how an idiot Trump was and all the good that Mexico does. When I told them about Peña not doing enough for pretty much everything and all the scandals he had, they asked me who was Peña. And they thought Mexico City was near the border.

The difference I noticed between Canadians and UnitedStatians is how they react to something they're not interested about: "Ohh nice" vs "Ohh really?"

The only person who did know about Mexico was a 10 year old girl from New York who told me she likes to go on Wikipedia.

I think the funniest was a guy wearing a Canadian flag shirt and he spoke and was accually Canadian
And those little flags stitched onto the back of their bags

I've known three. One was the quintessential bully from Hollywood movies and he would do stuff like twist my fingers to hurt me. Another was a guy from Chicago who grew out his hair and listened to Oceana all day. The third one was a blonde girl from Florida who got into a relationship with one of my best friends.

I work as a airline baggage handler and make sure to use way more force necessary on those bags. Not that I dislikes leafs at all its just the type of Canadians and Americans who put that shit on their bags almost always deserve it.

Canadians will go out of their way to let people know they are not form the USA because they know that people will be nicer to them. Plenty of American pussies will say "oh I'm not American I'm Canadian" when abroad as well.

One of my uni tutors was American. He was nice as well.

Honestly all real life experiences with Americans has been pleasant. I’ve even been to the US for a few months and never really hated anyone
