Neighbors listening to loud music again

house or apartament?

Why doesn't your landlord ask about them? Why do you become the bad guy if you try to do anything to them, is this a cultural phenomenon or is this how the law would view the situation?

Apartment in Mexico City. Used to live at a house in Mexico State and you have to add the random shoots to the air, dog's barks, music from the next house all day and all night.

My landlord worked at the government, and I think he still works with them. He's a bastard. He doesn't want to speak with us anymore, we asked him not to renew their contract again, he told us he won't and in a few months they will get out, it's been two years by now and still are there. He always say the same.

And it's a cultural phenomenon. Once I tried to stop a robbery in the metro and everyone just stared at me weirdly, it was four assholes robbing to a french tourist, and we got into a brawl. Of course they got away with it because police didn't want to detain the woman carrying the stolen cellphone, because she was a woman and has human rights.
