anyone knows of a place where i can margin trade ETH/USD? Bitmex only does eth/btc, which is tricky, eth/usd is more predictable

OKEX has eth-usd futures with 20x leverage
you can also do it on bitmex by combining btc-usd and eth-btc futures though

its simple, just like buying normal coins without margin. say you buy btc at 6000, sell at 6500. you just made 500, but there was no margin and your liquidation price (when you lose all money in case you dont sell) is 0. seems logical right?
margin is almost identical, except you open a position at say 6000 at 25x margin, and predict it will go to 6240(4%increase from 6000). you double your money that you invested if it reaches 6240 (since its 25x0.04=1=100% gain) or you liquidate (lose everything) if it drops 4%.
