Just going to re-emphasize what these anons are saying as true.

If you haven't tried Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (or any other brand you can get that has "the mother" aka some of the original apple in the juice->vinegar), consider it. It may sound rough to drink vinegar, but you only mix 2 tablespoons into a big glass of water/juice and it's barely noticeable just like a little more tart of a drink.

But you will start to notice improvements in your skin, stomach (less hunger), digestion, energy levels, joints, and many others areas as it positively affects pH and blood sugar/insulin levels.

I'm skeptical about supplements but started trying out ACV a few months ago. I really noticed the difference in health on the days when I had some vs days when I didn't. Now I have a some everyday. 2 TBSP isn't a lot, so the bottle last a while and it isn't expensive.
