From Finland's perspective this is rather political and is tied with the discussion about immigration, which even many Finns don't seem to understand that well. They have forcefed this same thing completely unchanced as groundbreaking news for ten years now. They put it out at least once a year.
But, the biggest difference between Finns is mtdna concentrations, where eastern populations have more eastern markers, which is something they forget to tell. Also generally speaking one has to be a wizard to tell Finns apart from each other in other means than in paper. One should also remember that we are the most researched population in the world.
