I dunno england and Germany were pretty nice. Italy had the old building's but it was literally third world. Same atmosphere as africa not joking, institutions just didn't work, every second they tried to scam you. Every worker actively trying not to do their job at all times. Migrants acting 10x worse than western Europe.
