Omelette with gratted cheese like Parmesan.
Doesn't sound original but here's the trick
You put the cheese into the eggs preparation, you put lots and lots of it and stir for a while, with an electrical batteur if need be
The goal is to have an homogeneous egg and cheese mix, no cheese lumps left . So when you finally pour it on the pan and cook it the omelette has a cheesy and elastic texture kinda like an aligot
Low fire so the cheese has time to melt within the eggs

Ye I took all these pics during hikes. Ruined castles are mostly accessible, and often part of local hiking paths. Some are very known, "trimmed" and you'll often encounter other people, and others aren't in the touristic spotlight at all so you can chill there

oh, 5 is also where all the multiplayer games are now if that's your thing (although multiplayer is a fascinating but slow affair i've yet to try), i learned how to play 4 originally though and singleplayer is pretty comparable in each game
