Taxes are so high that you cant buy alcohol over 5% without it being expenaive as all fuck. People go on 5 euro cruises 3 times a year to estonia, buying booze, alcohol and cigarettes, saving hundreds of euros. Our government spends ~250 million every year supporting these cruises, losing the money, losing the taxes and losing mony from finnish businesses.
