this isn't true at all. there was homeless all over los angeles and san fransisco when I went there, even affluent neighbourhoods. some of the towns in the central valley were literally just like skidrow too. i remember filling up on petrol and seeing another driver getting carjacked in one of those towns. just people wheeling trollies around on the streets. it's like the third world lmao
