Well said it wrong, I meant to say if they for example take to test you if they have suspicion that you're high. Happened to me and mates we were going to smoke spotted cops driving to us, threw away the weed, but we smoked like 10 minutes before and seemed high they took us to a clinic for a piss test and later got fined.

Legal but tightly regulated. Licensed stores are always running out of product so a lot of us still buy it on the black market.

Decriminalized under a certain amount. You get a fine if caught but won't get an entry in a register or anything. And CBD weed is legal and booming, won't be long until full legalization because cops simply aren't able to tell legal weed from illegal without lab tests and basically nobody gives a fuck.
Personally I've been growing my own (4 plants at a time) since around 10 years now and I never got any problems even though my neighbors know about it.

It's federally illegal here, but the feds generally don't go after small-time people. That is left to the states. My state recently legalized it, but the regulations for legalized selling still aren't finalized, so you can't sell it, just gift it.
