If you have a wool shirt, and maybe some wool trousers, that would be ideal. But if not, put on soft and thick fabrics, and isolate it with any wind-proof material on top.

I am safe guys. I didn't feel much threatened for my life. I even saw 2 thots outside in miniskirts and felt ashamed at how scared I was about the cold.

Last week it got down to -15 and windy. Only one day but that was harsh.

I've been outside in -4. Come on, it's nowhere near that bad. You don't even need a jacket. I'm from a soft oceanic climate that doesn't experience crazy continental winters as well, but even I find negative single digits pleasant.
