i recently got into playing old isometric classic video games because i was born in 1996 and never got to play them
i already completed Fallout 1 and 2 and they were great, now i am also playing the czech mod for Fallout 2 called Fallout 1.5 Resurrection and it's great too
what should be the next game i play? Planescape Torment? or maybe Arcanum?

The original Silent Hill games are kino. Resident Evil 1 + 2. Are you exclusively into PC games?
Baldurs Gate I & II, Dragon age: Origins
Torment and Baldurs Gate series for sure for quintessential isometric fantasy rpg experience, Arcanum is cool but buggy and wonky, but not much more than F2, so you'll be fine with it, Icewind Dale 1 & 2 if you like something more hack&slashy, and put Diablo 1 & 2 on the list while we're at it
Dragon Age Origins is not an old game and i already completed it like 10 times
KOTOR as well
Fallout Nevada was better than Resurrection.
Also try Neverwinter Nights with hardcore RPG modules - for example Tortured Hearts.
never heard about it, but i will check it out when i finish Resurrection
Baldurs Gate is a must, absolutely fantastic games.
I would suggest playing Pillars of Eternity and Divinity OS as well, though they're not old classics
I don’t even know how to beat the first mission in fallout
am I supposed to run past the bugs in the temple or punch them? I don’t have any weapons
You should try underrail
you mean the temple of trials in Fallout 2?
just run past them if you want, because you can come back there later when you get some decent weapon
but with well made character, it can be done, i cleaned it all
remember to ALWAYS pump agility to 10 on character creation, literally the most important thing in the game, also high perception and intelligence, Luck can be low if you are not going for a critical damage based character
and also, why the fuck are you starting with Fallout 2?
play Fallout 1 first, it's way easier, so you can learn all mechanics, and the plots are connected
>Divinity OS
Based.
Arcanum is very very very very very very very very very very very very based
You just try divine divinity (not original sin)
>Arcanum is cool but buggy and wonky, but not much more than F2
i bet the unofficial patches fix all the bugs
i played Fallout 2 without any unofficial patches because i wanted vanilla experience, and some things in the game are horribly broken, like you can't even get a good ending for Vault City & Gecko because of a bug
not to mention shitload of lacking content, most noticeably Sulik's quest for finding his sister
i will replay this game when i feel like playing it again and this time i will install the restoration patch and other fixes
okay thanks for the response pawel I’ll torrent FO1
All mentioned above, and maybe Lionheart and Temple of Elemental Evil
played Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2 few times already, one of my favourite games ever, especially second game, i played as Red Prince and Fane
and played Pillars when it came out, but didn't really like it, the dialogues were exhausting, especially this weird priest companion, what the fuck was his problem anyway? maybe i will replay it later
i played Tyranny tho and liked it
POE felt more Planescape-esque than the Planescapes "spiritual successor" that they released last year. POE2 is kind of shoddy tho.
get Neverwinter Nights, play through original campaigns and then try out mods like Dance with Rogues which are even better
Planescape: Torment is similar to PoE except that it has actually good and interesting writing, instead of that overbloated purple prose trash
PoE2 is quite good though
