In Europe, living inside big cities is a sign of wealth and success, and the suburbs are where most working class & immigrants live
I was surprised to discover that in the USA people in the suburbs are the middle / upper class while people inside the cities are called "inner city" people in a derogatory fashion
imagine living in a tiny 100m2 apartment in the city when you could live in a 4000m2 house 10km outside, with a big yard, garage, dog, family, and away from n*ggers.
