Online experience

What are your online experiences with other nationalities?
Ill start
>Brits: Either pure souls or two-faced toxic dickheads
>Italians / Portuguese: Chill bro-tier
>Germans: Bit cold but bro-tier
>Finns: Awkward weebs but bro-tier
>Frenchies: Will teamkill you in videogames just to laugh at you in french with their circlejerk
>Arabs: Mixed bag, usually toxic and salty

what about Russia?

My experience with them has unfortunately been overwhelmingly negative. They're just so needlessly rude and cruel, I don't understand it.

French tend to be interesting and polite and I've had a lot of nice conversations with Canadians and Brits.

russians are usually easy to anger, i have a few russian friends that are cool tho
russian tourist IRL are the rudest i've ever seen tho, and they seem to be rude on purpose

Literally every single Russian I’ve met, online or irl was friendly, even if they weren’t trying to be friends, or at least nice. Based on what the rusanons and movies tell me all Russians are evil and sad creatures but every single one I’ve met I seem to really get along with.
Please note that I have yet to actually visit Russia but their immigrants are top notch, when Russia sends their people they ARE sending their best. Forget building a wall, tear down the iron curtain again. I hate tipping but my Russian plumber really went the extra mile and he worked so hard to fix my sink that I gave him $10 for a subway meal or whatever Russians eat

cringe: the post

>Swiss: meanest group by far, have yet to receive one nice or even neutral reply from a Swiss flag, literally always something mean
>Russia: sometimes nice but typically be mean just to look cool in broken English
>Germany: either nice or playing along with everyone else and make fun of me
Canada: like to distance from USA and attack us but sometimes actually defend us in threads and it's cute

Glad you have good experiences, I want to like them but even ignoring online experiences their immigrants (at least where I am) are also horribly rude all the time.

>Danes, Brits are arrogant fuckfaces.
>Norwegians are chill af, don't rage
>Russians suck balls. They start raging after the first round and doesn't know how to download teamspeak or discord or speak English.
>Germans are awkward
>Finns are insecure

>or whatever Russians eat
Either the same food as everyone else, or Russian food

t. live near one of the biggest Russian-American enclaves in NYC

I should add that most Russians and Ukies I've met irl are indeed bro-tier, even if they can be cunts online. I like Slavs.

ALSO
>swedes | there's nothing better than having a full swede team with one Finn as comical relief.

I've only really got here to go off because we don't really play with anybody here except ourselves and kiwis who are basically the same. And occasionally American west coast but even then there's time zones.
And I'm not sure how you'd make acctual friends in other ways on the Internet.

If it’s NYC then they’re probably Jewish
It’s not that I don’t consider them Russian but I usually refer to the ethnically Russian, traditionally orthodox people

>other brits: banter
>nordics: good lads with normally perfect english
>frogs: refuse to speak English
>germs: autistic but good lads
>russians: hacking cunts who never speak English

i used to play in a south american community for certain game and i gathered the following info
>shy as fuck about using voice chat
>argentinians are the most toxic of them, usually play in their own circlejerks and shittalk everyone
>mostly underage
>*sounds of the family in the background when they use the mic*
>spent 400$ in cosmetics but plays in a 2009 laptop that can barely run their games
were talking about online interactions mainly frend
i get the feel brits and frogs are pretty similar in the way they form circlejerks, but the frenchies get more shit because they cant speak english or have a huge accent while doing so
>be playing with frenchies in voice chat
>start mocking their accent in an extremelly rude way thinking im muted
>tfw i wasnt muted
>voice chat becomes dead quiet

This is my experience playing CSGO for 700 hours.

>French: Extremely rare. I think they don't use the mic often when English is being spoken. Can be cliquey with their own.
>Germans: Don't take humour too well, they want to focus on the game, they think I am being toxic when I'm having a joke. Can be good teammates, especially when you are winning, they can be positive. Sometimes very toxic, sometimes very calm and analytical.
>Russians: Unfortunately they are usually bad. Perhaps it's a cultural difference, their sense of humour seems to be direct insults which can be jarring, they don't understand sarcasm at all, and they are quick to tilt. Some of them are laid back laughing types, probably drunk.
>Turks: I've had good experiences with them generally. One guy called me "The Englishman" for the whole game.
>Portuguese & Spanish: No problems.
>Swedes: Can be arrogant. English is generally very good. Enjoys memes.
>Netherlands: Pretty funny and generally good.
>Other Brits: Can be incredibly toxic for no reason. Seem aloog and arrogant, but as a countryman I can see it for what it really is: frustration. We don't do well when everyone starts speaking Russian, and our default response is to make light of the situation through sarcasm or some other humour. Which is often interpreted as toxicity. Other times, Brits can be pleasant and engaged, maybe that's because I'm a Brit.
>Finns: It's a cliche but they tend to be a bit autistic and quiet. Can be based.

WE ARE NOT INSECURE YOU HOMOSEX SW*TOID

You're always quiet and say sorry for everything. When you're not quiet, you self-belittle .

Experience playing in asian servers with 300 ping
>love 10 year old memes
>often value humor and wacky ways of playing the game over actually playing the game (at least in shooters)
>lack leadership/initiative
>usually pretty nice and friendly
>tfw used to think my finn friend was awkward on purpose as a joke
>meet more finns
>realise they are all like this

Mostly in wow:
>china
awful at it, don't know how to play and clearly they don't know how to speak english but they're always going to be there for you despite of what you're doing
>americans
tryhards go aren't going to talk to you unless you happen to be good too
>hispanohablantes
casuals that only bothered to play for a day
>portugal
kind of have a circle-jerk going on, but they'd teach you how to get better as long as you're a cool guy
>canadians
probably the best players without being arrogant fucks, for whatever reason they avoid talking to non-canadians
>india
usually pretend to be from different countries to avoid being bullied over it although they spend a lot of time online and are open for advice

Americans:
>really talkative and open
>Wants to be the center of attention, doesnt seem to like teamplay
>might get triggered if you say 2 words in spanish
>tells you about his country for 30 minutes, then you bring up something about yours and he ignores you
pretty interesting

>Brits: generally chill and laid back, easily triggered though
>Germans: stiff but cooperative and try to get along
>Swedes: usually childish spergs, but some are real bros, some of my best online-buddies are swedes
>Russians: complete refusal to cooperate with anyone not communicating to them in their language, obnoxious and mean just to be mean
>Polaks: russia but more tolerable, gets tilted when called russian
>Norwegians and Danes: total bros, not a single bad experience, vice versa, some of the most down to earth people
>French and Italians: obnoxious and self-entitled
>Turks: mixed bag, many of them are just full-on kebabs but equally many can be total bros. cant cooperate or work as a group, constant need to try to make big plays and flashy moves, usually resulting in catastrophe.
