What is life in modern day Rome like?

the city is not well organized at all, it's also dirty
when it comes to quality of life it's better to go to the north

What is a good city to live in?

Trieste

oslo

too much racism

Will check it out. Why is it so good in your opinion?
That is unironically very true, even if I dislike Oslo a bit anyway.

dunno, seems civilized enough. Plus it's in Italy

Quite uncomfortable, public transportation sucks and the traffic is quite congested. The major is an idiot barely able to keep the city together
The center with all the monuments it's pretty aesthetic though

Is there a good city in tuscany?

Friend who has been multiple times in Rome says that the people are pretty rude, traffic is beyond shit and everyone is cutting everyone, stopping on zebra crossing is non-existent, niggers and gypsies wandering on the streets trying to sell you things or to mug you etc...

Is he exaggerating or it's true?
Coz I've only been to Verona and Venice but they weren't that bad imo
