there are that kind of buildings (but not that big and large) called "balasat" here, i think it's the cheapest kind of housing you can find in a city/town.

there is no homogenic middle class here, and in some towns you can find upper and middle class living in the same neighborhood.
as for % of owners i don't know tbqh, and depending on which neighborhood, most of the homes will either be houses/villas or flats
